Let's see he preemptivily mocks people.
He has encourages his followers to engage in vigilantism. He refuses the the tough questions from reporters. He threatens legal actions and law suits practically every day and manages to insulted country almost every week.

People are right to be concerned.

By saying nothing you allow Trump to continue to spout lies.

You allow him to to verbally attack who ever he wants with no consequences. He throws mud because he can not because it will stick.

Do you really want to lose your freedoms?

Or are you one of right wingers who is willing to lie to score a point?

It's interesting. I've looked through several dozen tweets by @ALT_USCIS and haven't seen a theme or instance that justifies this turn of events. There are plenty of Twitter accounts which are more critical of Trump so why is this one singled out??

Most of the tweets are links to other news sites and blogs. I'm back into February and haven't seen a tweet to justify singling them out. No leaks, only links. Something in there sparked someone to send the summons. Curious.

Perhaps they were hoping for compliance as precedent? A fishing expedition to see if twitter would simply comply so they could go after the big fish?

It's all quite strange.

It makes sense that Twitter might be seen as weak.
I am glad they are not.
I am glad they were not intimidated.

The "keep the law suit secret" is scarry. An individual might cave in to that.

No he is trying to steal away YOUR civil liberties.
Freedom of speech.
Freedom of assembly.
Etc.
Etc.
The altitude right does not care about those things 'cause only the decision makers need freedom.

If the the dissent was missing the target trump would not care how much he/she twwets.

The tweets do seem to hit a nerve...
So they are at least half way accurate.

There fore the dissent is who they say they are.

So, they need not fear being charged with impersonating a federal employee.

Reading all the possible sources and assessing them them to form an opinion is the role of both the jounalistist and the the reader.

On average I am bet he spends as much time thinking about us politics as you do Xuenchen.

Many of us are concerned with the direction that trump and his friends from the far right wish to drag the 300 million some odd Americans.

Please go read the link on the OP.

Do you think homeland security would deliberatily violate they constitution with out a direct order?

Bureaucrate would pass the buck on this chore unless there was a direct order.

You speak for millions of people then. When you have that many people, anything that is possible is likely to happen.

No its not lame.
More people should have listened to Hitler early speeches and realised that he meant what he said.

We the people and the press are the counter balance that keeps the government honest, hence the 2nd amendment.

We are concerned because we Trump's right to bully turning into something far worse.

Days late to this party (if you can call it that)

This is something that should chill everyone to the bone. As big a story as this is, I'm not sure why it isn't bigger

Maybe because it's not as loud as a tomahawk missile strike?
