There will still be fighting. Just without Nuclear, Biological, or Chemical agents.

Tomahawks are conventional weapons.

This is my problem with the whole thing, on both sides.

Every facet of government has lost our trust.
So whenever things like this happen, it's not only possible but even plausible that it's not a real event.
But if it did happen, much of what happened wouldn't normally be passed on to the public.
So we never know whether the government told us the truth this time or whether it's all just fake.

I have no evidence that it was a fake gas attack and/or retaliation. But I don't believe all of the evidence that it was a real attack or retaliation either. So what am I supposed to do as a concerned citizen????

Be thankful you live in most protected country ever?

Sadly, that's about the only reasonable response. I mean, if I hope on either bandwagon I could be catastrophically wrong, supporting the killing of innocent people around the globe.

Sadly, why is this world run by money and greed? We are human, can't we just love and get along? We share this planet with billions. Don't gas another human.

It seems like the cruel survive and the nice innocent die.

Just my thoughts.

Why do you think the natural state of human development over the last million years is to love and get long...looking around the world and our history I would say no.

I believe this was a fire across the bow for the entire world not just Syria. Trump in one stroke just told 180 plus nations things are different than Obama's fake red line.

So, he is the president of the world?
Or just the top cop?

Is that why Bannon got canned?

Obama's red line in the Syrian sand was not fake at first. He changed his mind and erased it.

He changed his mind and erased it.

Actually, he sought Congressional approval.
Silly, I know.

Neither, I don't really think this demonstration was for Assad, but it provided a means for Trump to let countries know how he is going to react..mainly NK. The actual callus act was insignificant to many other acts around the world, but hey it opened a window of opportunity him to do it.

I don't think this was as much of a knee jerk as you might think...it provided a situation for him to do it. I'm not convince Assad was the one to order it, and it doesn't matter since the real audience was not Assad to send a message to.

Bottom line is the 180 king has delivered the opposite of his campaign rhetoric yet again. Let's not forget all the kids murdered in Mosul last week.

If it was Hillary you'd all be going mental. He's just more of the same, except he's less articulate and doesn't like vets who got caught.

And he's playing golf AGAIN this weekend. Remember all his whining about Obama playing golf?

Wake up guys. Tick tock.

No? Who was? Us? It was a distraction?

North Korea? Why not send a tomahawk or two at them? That's a "message." Right?
