I said individual votes.

You countered with not in the ec as if they were the same thing implying that you might not know the difference.

Yes, I can see no one cares. The arguments being made have been rehashed to death and the intent of the thread hijacked.

Would it be safe to say Trump won the electoral vote and Hillary won the popular vote?

That would be a different response to a different statement.

DO NOT respond with the Electoral college.

Noted.
Do not respond with what actually matters.
I will try to remember that.

It's there in plain text. No guessing involved, just knee jerking on your part.

If it had anything to do with the statement I was responding to.

I doesn't.

For the response to statement I was addressing.

NO. It doesn't.

Then don't try to deflect, move the goalposts, and use evasion.

Not in places where it mattered.

Hillary is blue.

Response was to "most Americans considering Hillary lost the election".

Not true.

Hillary won popular vote.

The popular vote doesn't matter. Trump campaigned to win the electoral college and was successful. Why would he campaign in the states where he couldn't win just to rack up the popular vote.

The popular vote doesn't matter.

It matters when the statement refers to who the majority of the people, who voted, actually voted for.

That is not to imply that the EC is good or bad but that is exactly what it was designed to do.

Forget Trump, this one bothers me more:

"So why then does the media or anyone for that matter refuse to acknowledge most of Hillary’s primaries and caucuses she has won against Sanders have all had voting anomalies?

Numbers that don’t match up, time and time again in the exit polls as investigator Richard Charin has found the poll’s don’t match up some by a whopping 10% or more."

Why even have democracy. Maybe it's time to switch to a STRONG right wing military style dictatorship.

That is what I was waiting for.
