That doesn't make any sense. Russia is already fighting the Islamic State along with Syria, Iran and Iraq. Plus a bunch of Militias Iran assembled from god knows where.

Bomb was apparently in a suitcase, the guy (?) who left it caught on cctv, no identification yet, but already first calls for death penalty... I have a very bad feeling about this.

Tragic for Russians but it will be blamed on whomever is convenient for Putin.

FoxNews is saying 7 people were killed on site, one died en route to hospital, and one made it to hospital but died after arriving. So far that seems to be the extent of fatalities.
