LOL the whole "Scotland is a victim, we're not equal, we're not loved" line is an absolute joke!

Damn right you're not equal, Scots get the BEST deal than any other member of the union.

Frankly, you lot are a joke. Just F'off already.

Another reason why we want away. ^^^

You know, you hear from Boris and Theresa and some of you on here about a border wall being built, passport control etc etc if we break away from London rule. I'm all for a Hard Border if we do.

ie, Landmines from Greta to Berwick and limpet and naval mines left and right of the border line extending out as far as Denmark and the tip of Greenland. Keep you thievin bastards from grabbing any more of our natural resources.

You want your Nukes back well send you them. Airborn and fully functioning.

You're absolutely right. I did want you to stay, like I said, my Grandfather was Scottish, and if Scotland was full of men like him, damn right I'd want you to stay.

Yep, it took all of 5 posts to realise what a lot of whiney little bitches you are, nothing like my Grandfather at all.

So, yep, I've changed my mind. I'll be glad when you're gone.

Toodle-loo.

Have you even read the link you provided? Yes I am still laughing. Even the partisan rag the Scotsman is, it even says there will be difficulties. We'll just have to wait and see, won't we.

I have not said in any of my posts about England funding Scottish infrastructure, but, with the debt Miss Sturgeon is piling up building it, it will have to come from somewhere eventually. Where is it going to come from, especially if you're going to be an independent nation? Hmmm?

You claimed that Spain would veto any EU application. The Spanish Foreign minister confirms this not to be the case.

What debt is Sturgeon building up?

is that so!

well so be it , if it happens it happens , we dont need to fix everything somethings need to be broken for progress to be made
and if the union is to be broken then it is what it is.

New and better things shall come for everyone.

Also there are far better men than you or I in Scotland and everywhere else on the planet.

Never said indy supporters, I said "you boys and girls" meaning Scotland - sorry for the confusion.

Alex Salmond lost to the Tories in Gordon
Angus Robertson lost to the Tories in Moray
John Nicolson lost to the Lib Dems in East Dunbartonshire
Kirsten Oswald lost to the Tories in East Renfrewshire
Richard Arkless lost to the Tories in Dumfries and Galloway
Eilidh Whiteford lost to the Tories in Banff and Buchan
Steven Paterson lost to the Tories in Stirling
Stuart Donaldson lost to the Tories in Aberdeenshire West and Kincardine
Calum Kerr lost to the Tories in Berwickshire, Roxburgh and Selkirk
Callum McCaig lost to the Tories in Aberdeen South
Corri Wilson lost in to the Tories in Ayrshire, Carrick and Cumnock
Tasmina Ahmed-Sheikh to the Tories lost in Ochil and South Perthshire
Mike Weir lost to the Tories in Angus

Judging by other losses, looks like I was right after all. Doesn't look like Edinburgh and Aberdeen fancied paying the benefits for Glasgow all alone.

RIP #indyref2

1/5 seats in Scotland go to Torys. Over half of seats in England go to Torys.

And it's Scotland that gets the Tory's back in? Think might be a bit of a logic fail there.

You very well know that the Cons winning 13 seats in Scotland has completely changed the face of politics in Britain, in this election. When was the last time there was more than 1 con seat in Scotland hmmm?

What purpose does the SNP serve now, except cutting off ones own nose to spite the face?

The Cons have lost 12 seats (possibly 13 when the undeclared comes in) overall. Minus that 13 seat gain in Scotland, and what do we have? Exactly.

Nope it's still the 300 seats on England that give us a Tory government not the 12 in Scotland.

Undoubtedly. Though Labour saw huge swings in votes coming its way. The overall "man for man" vote is a lot closer than constituency vote.

I'll Just leave this here:

Deputy First Minister John Swinney admitted that the issue of a second referendum on Scottish independence had played a "significant" role in the result. The SNP MSP told the BBC: "We will take time and care to reflect on the outcome of this result. But we have to acknowledge that the question of a second independence was a significant motivator of votes against the SNP in this election, and we have to be attentive to that point."

It could well be the end of Indyref2, because there is real chance of a second EU vote, which, if it went to remain, as it might now, would be the end of the Scottish independence argument.

I think its pretty safe to say, given the voting numbers, and the fact the Lib Dems did so badly in England, that any second BREXIT ref is dead in the water.

I as a soldier myself have fought side by side with my Scottish brothers.. So has my dad.. And his dad.. And helped rescue the world from tyranny many times..

Rescue of Tyranny.?? Maybe before you took the queens shilling you should have had a wee look at the Tyranny imposed by the British army on countless nations for centuries..I'm pretty sure the Yanks and Irish dont see the British Army as as liberators from a tyranny. Pretty much the opposite..And i'm pretty sure most of the middle east feels the same way.

Speaking as a ex Soldier myself i have no great love for the Queen and country bull#.
