You are a socialist. Your political ideology is all about forcing yours and others morality onto other people. The entire concept of socialism is violently forcing your morality onto others, just like forcing people that do not agree with abortion to pay for abortions.

The hypocrisy is astounding. Total lack of self awareness.

Lol. Great strawman you got going here. I don't recall being violent with anyone about my ideology. By the way, you aren't paying for abortions and if you think you are then you are ignorant of the way the laws work.

So why are these undercover videos illegal and others are not? I mean, Geraldo would be doing time by now if he was charged with all of his hidden camera things. I'll tell you why.

The two AG's got donations from....drum roll.....Planned Parenthood! This should be a civil case if anything or a misdemeanor for recording without consent.

As far as abortion, it is no ones business. I am No-Choice. Abortion is sometimes needed and as long as it is paid for privately the government should have no say to being with.

Because they committed fraud and misrepresented themselves to gain interviews. Fraud is illegal. It is NOT a civil case.

So, why are all the other people who do hidden cameras not arrested also? That was my question. They did nothing wrong until they are convicted.

It doesnt matter who donated what to whom...fraud was committed. And the laws are different from state to state but people were being recorded without consent.

I as well, being a libby lib lib think that the penalty is pretty extensive legally but...those people are jerks and spread hate and misinformation and morally...it fits.

Did you not read the words I typed? It has nothing to do with the hidden cameras and has EVERYTHING to do with them lying about who they were.
From the OP:

In announcing the charges against David Robert Daleiden and Sandra Merritt on Tuesday, California Attorney General Xavier Becerra said the duo used manufactured identities and a fictitious bioresearch company to meet medical officials and covertly record the private discussions they initiated.

Lying about who they are? Maybe they are self identifying as other people. That is a huge lib thing right? Identifying as someone else.

You are also not reading what I am saying. In almost ANY hidden camera situation people lie about who they are and where they come from and what they do. Why is this case any different?

I do not care about your OP it is biased. This is political and you know it.

Don't be coy. Lying about your identity is a major crime.

No. Not really. Generally you just go to a meeting with a camera on your person and tell them your real identity but not that you have a camera on you. When you lie about yourself and make up a fake business to procure an interview that you NEVER would have gained otherwise, you are committing fraud. Plain and simple.

I do not care about your OP it is biased. This is political and you know it.

No. You are trying to politicize it by willfully misunderstanding the crimes charged to run your political narrative.

My ignorance? It is called sarcasm. There is a big difference. An ignorant person would not know the difference but thanks for the insult.

Now, for the last time, with you and Krazy, why are other people who lie about who they are and do hidden camera investigations NOT charged with crimes? Neither of you want to address that question.

you see, Chris Hansen tells people he is a teenage girl to catch predators so please tell me, in a legal sense, how it is different? I am not talking morals I am talking law.

Disregarding that your question just moved the goal posts back by adding the bit about lying about their identity, how about posting an example then?

You see, lying on the internet isn't the same thing as misrepresenting yourself for a business interview.

See my last post. No goal post moving. This is about legality. If this was not allowed there would be no investigative reporting. This is about legal meanings not morality.

So, if I was Project Veritas I could have done all of this on the internet to gain the information and there would be no charges?

That depends on if PP would even agree to the interviews in the first place, which I doubt they would when the topics of conversation weree highly sensitive.

You are really reaching with this line of inquiry here, but I'm still waiting to hear about a comparable situation where a group of "whistleblowers" lied about their identity, went undercover, filmed something, then released that info to the public and didn't get prosecuted for fraud.

I am not reaching just trying to make a point that this is all based on partisan AG's. Look up OSHA regarding whistle blowers. There is a protection program. Many times people do lie to get the information they want to prove something is truly going on that is illegal.

if what PP were doing was truly illegal, it would be a different case. Im not a lawyer so not sure what would happen. Both sides committing crimes...my guess is whoever has the most expensive lawyer wins.

However...PP did not commit any crimes. What they do is all legal.

sooo....

That is your opinion that they do nothing illegal. For the record, I know of a few instances where they did illegal things.

Ohio - dumping fetuses in a landfills.
Florida - illegal late term abortions
Pennsylvania - Keeping dead fetuses in a broom closet
SC - dumping in a landfill
Colorado - did not report a rape after an abortion
Alabama - failed to report rape including a 14 year old girl
Kentucky - unlicensed abortions and medical procedures.....

I can go on and on. I do not hate PP. I just know that there are 1000's of other outlets but people act like PP is a godsend to all people.

failing to report a rape is the only probable illegal thing in your list, and still there is no documentation of it. You could be muttering fake news.

Legality is not an opinion.

Morality is tho.

Do you think you could be getting those mixed up?

So you are cool with late term abortions and the dumping of fetuses incorrectly? Yeah, we are done here. You are a pretty sick person to think those are ok.
