An ex air force man claims he found it while using google earth to search for UFOs.
Yeah maybe, but could be another missing plane altogether.

No coordinates?

Plenty of ships pass by the southern part of South Africa too...

Off the coast of Cape Town, South Africa,

Did it have enough fuel to reach Cape Town?

What I heard it said in the video is that the fuel-storage capability would be enough to go 6k-7k miles; in this particular alleged scenario, the plane would have needed to travel 'only' 5,000mi.

I've found Scott Waring's video of this here.

m.youtube.com...

As you can see, the "plane" is right on the shore, and looks to be in the middle of the breakwater...

So yeah, it's not a plane.

I can't watch the source video, why would be be able to search YouTube and browse multiple videos?

Can we get a source that isn't a video, or maybe a synopsis of the video? This isn't Twitter, it's a forum to discuss information. So far, I'm not seeing any information.
If the video doesn't include a location where the image can be seen by others, the whole thing seems pretty bunk to begin with...

Unless, of course, the video covers it as having been there and then disappearing, suggesting a cover-up by Google... But I don't really know what the video covers, because not everyone here can watch every YouTube video passed off as a source.

Was the plane topped off when it took off? They often are not.

Might be an intentionally sunk plane, used for training divers in underwater rescues.

Your link, reconstructed, goes to Dias Beach. I don't see the "plane" there.

They have found some parts.

That looks pretty good for something that ditched years ago.

I hope the loved ones get some information.

It looks like rubble or seaweed with a vague outline of an aircraft. And it's looks too small to be an airliner to begin with.
