I agree with you that animals DO approach humans for help. I have countless examples of it happening to me, and I am not "anthropomorphizing"
them.
Animals are far more conscious, aware, intuitive, thoughtful, and intentional in their behaviors than people give them credit for. They are also VERY
capable of learning, and have memories.

Humans are not so high and mighty above ANYONE else. The great apes, the dolphins, the elephants, the whales, the horses, the birds,
