Without the seeing there would be nothing appearing.
The seer and seen are not two. Seeing is one. Appearance is one. This That Is - is not two. Nothing other.

The mind divides 'seeing' into a 'seer' and the 'seen' - which then makes two 'things' and then 'things' is what there seems to be. But there are no things - there is only ever what is happening - this - the one way.

It is the stories the words tell that are not to be believed - what is appearing as sight and sound will never make anxiety or depression happen.
What is seeing these words will never be seen but is the ultimate truth.

Heh Babe Take A Walk On The Wild Side and I promise I am not saying that to be funny...if you have never had the extreme displeasure of anxiety then STFU...death is preferable.

I am 52 and have had generalized anxiety all my life.

It does run in families and even then different members have different things that help, not cure, but help.

For me at certain times the best remedies have been the oldies but goodies of a combo of Desipramine (also known as desmethylimipramine) a tricyclic antidepressant (TCA). It inhibits the reuptake of norepinephrine and to a minor extent serotonin, plus Xanax. The SSRI's did nada for me. Ask your Doc - because literally the younger ones no nothing of this combo...

Also therapy, in certain groups...however the best advice came from a book "Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway."

These days, I do okay with a glass of vino or vodka and tonic without the meds...seems that age has some advantages.
