He has always referred to himself as a blue collar worker. He doesn't have a graduate degree. He is not a stock investor. He is a builder who hires tens of thousands of employees. And today he gets in a truck making funny faces.

When I see Trump standing on the corner outside of a Home Depot, waiting to hop in the back of a truck in order to find a days work to put groceries on the table, I'll consider him "blue collar".

Sounds more like an illegal immigrant driving down American wages than blue collar to me. To each his own I guess.

The Man was Never one to be Adversed to doing Manual Labor in order to Learn New Things .

That was for a tv show.

It's different when you do the work because you have to feed your family.

One is honorable. The other is theater.

Have you ever actually visited one of his construction sites when he was there? How about his hotels? Do you really know anything about how he works or how he treats his employees beyond what CNN has told you? Do you know anything about the work ethic he instilled in his children and how he did it? Or how he developed his own work ethic?

When he visits his sites he talks to his employees, he gets to know them and their families. He is engaged with the people hired to work at his sites. He wants them to be proud of their work. That's why he has people working for him that have been with him for decades. And they are all better off for having worked for him because he is a very fair and generous employer. That information comes from people who actually have those long-term relationships with him and his companies. I trust their words just a bit more than what the pretty boys and girls on msm have to say about the guy.

But if you want to believe what the talking heads say, it's a free country for parrots.

He works 14-16 hours a day. That's why he has traditionally had at least two executive assistants, he only expected them to work a normal 8 hour day. Most of us couldn't keep up with him when it comes to working hard. I expect that this draining of the swamp that he's attempting is probably the hardest job he's ever tackled. So you can call it theater if you wish but doing so just makes you look silly when your most evident product is continuous silly posting on an internet forum.

Not saying your wrong but you claim he doesn't know his work ethic but somehow you do. Wierd huh?

So...the question I have, which Trump construction company or hotel do you work for? It sure sounds like you know all the details...

This is the funniest thing I've read all day. I can't believe people actually think this is true. Trump can't be bothered by the steerage.

Oh No! My brother was a contractor and very much like Trump.

He'd go onsite and talk to the foremen and crew. Let me tell you, their jobs depended on them being friendly and saying the right thing.

If he felt something was off, or you were being disingenuous, you just wouldn't get picked up for any future jobs.

Of course, they're gonna give glowing reviews of the Big Boss - - - politics at its finest.

Being friendly and talking to the help is not the same doingoes manual labor himself. No disrespect to you and your brother but I'm sure he can't be compared to Trump. For one Trump isn't a contractor.

I should not have laughed as hard as I did. I should feel bad for laughing. I'm going to hell.

At least I won't be lonely.

Members of my extended family (who are Democrats by the way) have worked with and for him for over 30 years. He became a client of one business owned by them when he bought his first Florida properties. The relationships have continued over the years as he expanded his holdings. Various members of the family have worked for him at times and his children have worked for the family business as teens. That's how they know him. They've seen how he operates and seen his generosity.

They have no reason to lie about him. They have prospered as a result of his success. They haven't become millionaires but they've been able to raise and educate their children and have a comfortable life. He sincerely wants everyone to prosper. That has been his mantra as long as they've known him. He seeks out people who take pride in their work and accomplishments.

These are Democrats who plastered Trump stickers over their Obama bumper stickers. They're extended family so I do not talk politics with them very often. So I was shocked to see those Trump stickers when they arrived for the annual Thanksgiving reunion. It was an interesting time for all I think.

My brother was a developer of business complexes.

I tend to simplify.

Not really sure what your issue is.

Glad I could lighten your day for just a bit. Perhaps it even made your forget your Russian paranoia for a bit?

And who told you that bit about him not caring? Someone you've known to be honest and forthright and has a working relationship with the Donald for over 30 years? CNN and msm have told me far more big fat lies than my relatives ever have so yeah, I'll take their word for how he deals with his employees, from the dock boy to department heads to the decorator's gofer.

He was GIVEN enough money by his father to support a family and he has made enough money now to support his familt for the next 1000 years!

He is not in anyway a normal hardworking man trying to get by.

Can he drive a car? Much less a semi?

Did anyone see the whole clip?
Didn't he know that Ryan had cancelled the vote on the AHCA?

I somewhat agree that it is in bad taste and I did think twice before posting it as I am not heartless. I have a warped sense of humour and despite the horrors of the world we live in we cannot live without humour and even dark humour has it's place. I knew I could upset some but decided it was worth it if I bring a smile to someone else out there. Fyi I was more concerned with being incentive towards the victims in the image I shared than those poor souls that suffered in the London attack.

The funniest comment I read today regarding Trumps truck publicity was "Oh look, Drumf is trying to appeal to Muslim voters"

So you're saying that he didn't generate billions through hard work? If I had a facepalm meme, I would include it in this post...

It's a lot easier to move up when every time you fail, it results in net tax gain.

Success isn't a very spicy word these days either. Making lots of money at any expense isn't success, it's directly measured what someone does that is successful. Bill Gates revolutionized technology for many people around the world, and became rich, Trump owns Casinos and Hotels. After x Million dollars it's more about what the person does, than how much of it they do.
