Lucid dreams are by their natural driven by the will of the person dreaming. So it follows, that if you were in a lucid dream state that some part of you manufactured what you wanted. That result has no correlation to any reality past, present or in the future. It was just a dream, maybe a partisan one at that.

If this is so, the ride was fun and interesting, a reality in itself to be enjoyed like a fine movie.
