Worst thing is , if he does turn out to be in jail this pos is gonna earn himself a mighty nest egg thanks to defamation of character.

Wouldn't it have to be more purposeful? it's not like is losing his job over this or other monetary damages.

no, because Islam follows the example of Mohammed as per the Sunah, that includes grooming habits. The beard is grown, the top lip shaved, also body hair is manscaped.

So yeah the dude looks like "Mohammed"

There is no 'looks muslim'.

Really?

Just like someone can't look white? Or look black? Or look asian? Or look latino?

Really?

Islam is a belief system, an ideology. None of the things you listed have anything to do with a religious ideology...there are physical ethnic traits common to different ethnic groups, but no one "looks" Muslim or Christian or Pagan or Jewish. Religious beliefs cannot be determined by physical traits. You could say he "looks" like an Arab, maybe. That would make more sense...if you believe that all Arabs have brown skin and black hair, which they definitely do not. People make that assumption about Hispanic people too, all the time.

To the OP: It seems as if the media blew their load too early, trying to get the scoop, and didn't bother to confirm anything before they ran the story. It's going to be rather amusing if the guy turns out not to be a member of any potentially "scary" ethnic groups on top of that as well.

But they tie it to the one with the foot. hehe

Must have been pshopped in from another picture (closeup most likely). Lame and a good reason for some to doubt their reporting.

edit:

Had it just been a lone insert, it would make more sense.

>>The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said that, 'Allah (The Exalted) has said, 'The devil said that he would teach them (men) other things whereby they would deform the figure made by Allah (The Exalted) (e.g. by shaving the beard, getting the body tattooed or pierced etc.).'
Some changes in the figure are defamatory and are Haraam (strictly forbidden) while others are Wajib (Necessary) like the trimming of the moustache, cutting the nails, removing the hair under the arms and below the waist. Some other changes are permissible such as for men to shave their head or trim the beard after it exceeds a fist as it is Wajib (necessary) to keep a beard.

You do realize being Muslim isn't descriptive of skin tone don't you? You see your fallacy?

London Attacker Was Reportedly Identified As Abu Izzadeen, But There's A Problem: He's Still In Jail

Something is off here. I originally noticed this in a twitter feed posted in an unrelated thread by someone else. A reporter for ABCNewsGo

Trevor Brooks aka Abu Izzadeen's solicitor confirms to me that he is still in jail and cld not have been the attacker today at #Westminster

Rym Momtaz Twitter

Over the past few years, Izzadeen has been in and out of UK's legal system for his radical views. In 2015, he was sent to jail for failing to notify police of his address change, while in early 2016—he landed himself in hot water again for leaving the country without telling British authorities, according to the BBC. And here is the problem: he was given a two-year prison sentence for that infraction. He's still in jail.

This has now been tweeted by multiple journalists.

Channel 4 News's Simon Israel has retracted the identification:

Mark Rowley, Britain's most senior counterterror police officer, told reporters late Wednesday that authorities believe they know the attacker's identity but are not releasing it, and are operating on the assumption the incident was "Islamist-related terrorism."

Looks Muslim to me and what he did was right out of the Islamic terrorists playbook.

They can't pull off the big 9-11 style attacks now and doing these low tech attacks. Nowhere is safe.

Will have to wait for confirmation on his identity to see if he really is Abu

I'll wait until an official source confirms or denies he is in jail. It shouldn't take much time to do so.

I am rather curious as to why you would believe the government and it partners in the media over the blokes lawyer?

Sometimes they have uses for someone whose in goal and often the, the prisoner, agree to what is on the face it sounds wonderful, all they have to do is drive into the gates of parliament yell out ali barber a few times, stab or shoot a few people and let themselves be taken into custody. Then they will be taken to a new country, given a new identify, a stack of money and released.

Only after they are dead do they realise they've been tricked.

Is this going to be another case like the 9/11 hijackers, where they are going to screw up similar names and the like?

A UK official told CNN the working theory was that the attack was ISIS "inspired or copycat", but the authorities were "still investigating."

They know who the guy is...but not releasing the name. Why not? They say he acted alone...but arrested 7 others...what gives?

He should be removed from his position and arrested. Khan is a worthless pathetic excuse of a Mayor and there's a lot of speculation he harbours sympathies with the Syrian Opposition (Also known as Al-Qaeda).

The police can't name them if they are Muslim, and can't directly say they were inspired by Islamic Terrorism. Instead they say International Terrorism. They even went so far as to name Right Wing Nationalists (not as the ones responsible for the attack though) and say they would protect Muslim communities from them, because they commit a lot of terrorist attacks in the country, oh wait...

The "Left" wing press and a sizable group of troublemakers will harass the police if they take any action against Islamic extremism because they say it's "Islamophobic" "Racist and "Xenophobic". A ridiculous standpoint, as nobody but dull witted morons claims that all, or even a majority of Muslims are terrorists, or support Wahhabi ideology.

They should just come out and name the problem. It's the extremist mosques and schools with direct links to Saudi Arabia, funded by Saudi Arabia and tacitly supported by a small, but apparently growing number of British Muslims.

The solution is quite clear. Mosques and schools with ties to Saudi Arabia, or that preach Saudi Wahhabi ideology independently should be closed down, Imams who preach Wahhabi ideology should be arrested as terrorist propagandists. We should end all support for Wahhabi/Salafist terrorist organisations worldwide and break all ties with Saudi Arabia and their puppets on the Persian Gulf.

I would go so far as supporting direct intervention to cause the downfall of the House of Saud. Since the only way the organised distribution of Wahhabi propaganda comes to an end is when they no longer have the power, influence and finances to promote it.

But none of that is going to happen any time soon, unfortunately. Since it seems Western Leaders are beholden to these Wahhabi criminals. There are plenty of places to import oil from than Saudi Arabia and their puppets.
