Well, there you have it folks. Trumps wires were tapped. Plain as day. Incidental collection is part of the terminology used for executing FISA warrants. As the FISA court is unable to authorize wiretapping of American Citizens, those communications must be incidental and are supposed to be minimalized and deleted. So basically Trump was 100% correct about this.

JUST IN: Devin Nunes says President Trump's personal communications may have been picked up by investigators through "incidental collection"

There is no reason to believe anything the CIA, FBI OR NSA say anymore. And of course we all know the IRS are liars too.

So now the argument just shifts to the defining of wiretap and so forth. Technical argument and nothing comes of it except more divide.

This is how Comey knew no evidence of collusion.

Incidental collection
from NSA Glossary (2016)
by National Security Agency Central Security Service
When communications of a US citizen are collected while targeting a foreigner or a US person who is believed to be involved in terrorism.

Source: Defined Term

Yessir... there you have it. Trump was communicating with someone under investigation for terrorism or espionage and got caught with his pants down. LOL....

Exactly!

Ever since the meaning of "is" was 'debated' I realized what a cesspit ALL of Washington is.

Its all f#n propaganda, the left, right and center of our government, with the media being their blow horn.

I have tuned out of the political BS the past couple months, and feel much more serene.

Me, too. I knew Donald Trump would not have exposed this in a blatant tweet if he didn't know he was right. He does not like to be wrong about anything, and he would never in a million years have said this without knowing something.

It's all going to come out.

This is hilarious. People are twisting backwards to try to redefine what Trump said so it's not a lie.

The reality is that the President saw a story on the news, tweeted angrily about it without thinking of the consequences, then his team had to play damage control and try to rationalize his actions.

That's it. You're no better than the brainwashed liberals you claim to hate if you accept this BS narrative.

Trump's tweet:

How low has President Obama gone to tapp my phones during the very sacred election process. This is Nixon/Watergate. Bad (or sick) guy!,

Compared to:

Nunes said the collection included Trump transition officials and that it happened after the election. He said he could not say whether it meant that Trump was "spied on"

The lies come after the tweet when the administration (including Trump) doesn't back down from what Trump stated.

What a BS thread title. It should be in the Hoax Bin. What exactly did Nunes say?

Donald Trump's personal communications may have been picked up by investigators through "incidental collection." Nunes did not know whether the "incidental collection" happened at Trump Tower, and could not say for certain whether Trump's communications were directly collected. Nunes said the collection included Trump transition officials and that it happened after the election. He said he could not say whether it meant that Trump was "spied on"

Pretty dubious statement to psycho-morph into 'confirmed'. And IF his communications were collected incidentally, it means he was communicating with people who were themselves communicating with foreign nationals who were under surveillance.

Nice cherry picking.

For anyone interested in a real comparison:

1.) …”On numerous occasions the [Obama] intelligence community incidentally collected information about U.S. citizens involved in the Trump transition.”

2.) “Details about U.S. persons associated with the incoming administration; details with little or no apparent foreign intelligence value were widely disseminated in intelligence community reporting.”

3.) “Third, I have confirmed that additional names of Trump transition members were unmasked.”

4.) “Fourth and finally, I want to be clear; none of this surveillance was related to Russia, or the investigation of Russian activities, or of the Trump team.

“The House Intelligence Committee will thoroughly investigate surveillance and its subsequent dissemination, to determine a few things here that I want to read off:”

At this point he is still a liar a libelous bastard and it will remain that way unless there is evidence to prove his many accusations that he tweeted.

3) Ok.
4) Ok.

So, where does Nunes say that any of this has to do with Obama tapping Trumps phones during the election?
