Whack jobs do what they do without any particular reason in their heads, just because they either fancy to, or because their pet psychic lion-monkey hybrid (who is imaginary) insisted that the only snack they would accept was the souls of random pedestrians and the blood of a police officer.

A terrorist is a person who has clear aims, not just seeking to blow something up, shoot, stab or otherwise cause terror for its own sake, but for a specific purpose, one beyond their own personal aggrandisement.

They are both bloody stupid, but one of these things has a strange logic to it, while the other has the precise opposite.

Have they reported him yelling Allahu Akbar yet or are they not releasing that at the moment?

Funny, early on someone said they didn't hear any akbar shouts.

Police treating it as a terror attack for now.

Can't even wait until the bodies are cold to inject your partisan diatribe, couldn't you.

This act was carried out by an Asian man.

But don't let that get in the way of you pushing your own narrative.

To be fair in the U.K right now this could be a guy pissed over any number off issues and not a act of islamic terrorism

One person shot and one officer injured.

If its a terrorist act it rather under powered.

looks more like a lone gun man, possible whack job type scenario.

What about the terrorists attacking people with axes in a few incidents a couple of months ago?
Underpowered as well, but still terror attacks.
These fanatics don't care as long as they are inflicting some type of damage....1 person dead or injured by these mental defectives, is 1 person too many.

To our brothers and sisters in the U.K., stay safe and please be aware of everyone around you.

Partisan diatribe?

Radical Islamic terrorism effects everyone around the world. Especially other Muslims.

Sounds like you are the one with partisan leanings. Ironic isn't it?

We are safe buddy as you can see it did not end to well for the perpetrator.

What about them any whack job with an axe, terrorist or not, is obviously capable of doing some serious damage.

On this occasion however it seems they brought a knife to a gun fight.

That being said it looks like there may be a number of civilians injured down to the vehicle, hopefully no fatality's and everyone involved makes a speedy recovery.
edit on 22-3-2017 by andy06shake because: (no reason given)

In the U.K right now it is just as likely that this act was some nationalist nut job or brexit hater as it is a Islamic terrorist.

Indeed.

The most recent terrorist attack was actually the murder of Jo Cox by white supremacist terrorist, Tommy Mair.

For the members in countries outside of the UK. When we say Asian, we are not referring to people from the far-east, we are referring to people from middle eastern countries.

To ask the question "was allahu akbar mentioned?" when the perpetrator is described as Asian is not always jumping the gun. In my opinion it's a perfectly reasonable thing to ask to try to pin point the motives behind an incident like this.

Just saw this story that says this attack fell on the 1 year anniversary of the Brussels terror attack that killed 31 and injured over 100.
Maybe a coincidence.

Well, the label applies mostly to people coming from, or whose ancestors came from, Pakistan or India.
