What types of magic should I learn?

I mean..if you wanted to learn something real. Otherwise, I would suggest learning the Harry Potter stuff...walking through walls sounds fun..also you can make those sweet soul paintings.

Magic is not real.
But it does work.

I say give chaos magic a whirl. It's basically just using reverse psychology on yourself.

Maybe write a book? Draw a character and conjur up whatver personality and background story you want. Create an entire universe.

Your definitions of "magic " and "real" will Help define magic for you, and help you find ways of attaining a your magical goals.

'Magick in Theory and Practice' by Aleister Crowley is a good place to start.

Strangely...though not entirely indicative in a negative way, but infers a search for something out of this world...whereas most answers in life can be found through searching self, self realization, study and direction.

The "Why you WANT or NEED to?" asks a greater question begging answers. What have you felt youve lost control of? Or do you feel the need to control that which you cannot?

Knowledge is a good thing...but you seem to be seeking solutions or control of things outwardly by methods...without a real understanding of these very things..and why one would or should use their methods....

I think I would suggest to focus on the "whys" and not the "hows" until you understand that.

A journey of a 1,000 miles begins with 1 step..and to me? Youre running....

Perhaps...but I don't want to praise fake magick that's for kids for coincidences.

Check your mental strength by filling up a tea asjett with water and add a drop of veggie oil,
put your thumb and ring finger on each side.
Concentrate on moving the drop around, later add one more drop and make them one.

The best type of magic to begin with and become comfortable with is"wish--craft" .
It takes patients and intent start small like think about someone giving you a $5.00 bill but you can not ask for it you have to think it and always remember to apply intent for!!
