Ah the diplomacy of free speech. A women puts up a racist sign because she "can't" speak out.

Looks like Beatrice Moore wans to open up dialog with a billboard with Trump, nukes and Nazi symbols. Is this going to get the desired effect?

The billboard art was commissioned by the billboard owner, Beatrice Moore, a longtime patron of the arts on Grand Avenue.

"Some of these issues are so important you can't not speak out," Moore said in an interview.

The Trump billboard went up Friday at 11th Avenue and Grand, to coincide with the start of the annual three-day Art Detour event in downtown Phoenix. Moore said it would remain up as long as Trump is president.
www.12news.com...

Moore also but up a billboard about Bush and it was anti Bush. She hopes everyone involved in helping with this message is safe and unharmed. Maybe tone it down? But it is a free speech issue and I reluctantly support her racist stance.

In 2004, Fiorito created a billboard of President George W. Bush and top government officials for her master of fine arts thesis on political propaganda at Arizona State University.

"Dear America," the billboard said, "we lied to you for your own good. Now trust us."

Moore and Fiorito do expect blowback from Trump supporters.

"I just hope that everyone involved in helping bring this message out is safe and that we all get through this unharmed," Fiorito said.

And im still sitting here waiting to hear what she has to say? What is the message?
Or maybe she just doesn't like Republicans..

I diagnose her with Snowflakes disease.

The message is if you don't like someone, attach Hitler and doom porn to them.

Looks more like a dollar sign than a Nazi symbol.

Racist?

It has a likeness to Nazi symbolism but it isn't a Swastika. It's an adapted dollar symbol. If it was racist it would be took down.

What race is being discriminated against?

This to me seems directed to an individual, in bad taste I would say but it's very direct on who the target is.

Seems to me she has more money than sense but if she chooses to spend her money to make a short lived statement that is her prerogative in a free society.

Clown faces in the mushroom clouds and a Russian flag pin on Trumps lapel.

There is no such thing as bad publicity they say.

I'm just amazed that you managed to arrive at the conclusion that a white chick commissioning another chick who may also be white but could be brown to make some art and that art sorta implies Trump is a Nazi but could also simply be a reference to him loving money is somehow a "racist stance."

Impressive.

Haha, far from sensitive. And as much as I disliked Hillary, implying she is Hitler belittles the severity of his crimes. I'm sure Jewish people are offended whenever someone is compared to Hitler.

Went by what the story said. The swastika is a racist symbol.

And make no mistake, it was meant to be reminiscent of the swastika.

Ah right, I forgot... in the new bizarro world that we are in, calling out Trump for his insanity is somehow 'racist'.

Jesus. Words really have no meaning anymore.

How difficult is it to interpret the message here? Why play dumb. You all know exactly what this is saying.

- Trump's world is money, first and foremost.
- Trump employs tactics used by fascists of the past.
- Trump is taking our country (and others) down a potentially very destructive path.
