take all the criminals that they don`t want back and drop them off at their embassy in Washington D.C. post armed guards around the embassy to keep the criminals from getting out.
when their embassy is full with hundreds of criminals they will have to send them back or live with them, feed them and house them on the embassy grounds.

stop issuing visa`s and stop all foreign aid to countries who won`t take their criminals back who are here illegally.

This is the best idea I've seen in this thread.
I didn't care if the government of the country that created these criminals doesn't want those criminals back- I'm not keen to pay to keep them in prison! They aren't citizens of this nation. They came here illegally, avoiding the laws us citizens have to follow, then committed serious crimes. They were caught, given a trial, and convicted! They're lucky they don't get taken out back and shot.

Drop them off at the embassy doors, and tell the countries they came from where we put them. Stop accepting legal immigrants from those countries until they cooperate.
We've already spent too much of our time and money dealing with their problems.

CUT THEM OFF.

COMPLETELY.

Or is that "racist"?

Perhaps the entire rest of the world should "Cut America off completely".

Sounds like a good plan actually. You'll soon realise you cannot survive in this modern world without the rest of us - either that or descend into anarchy and become a third world country.

Or is that racist?

So are you suggesting if an American illegally enters Mexico, rapes someone, and the US refuses to take the US citizen back, Mexico should stfu and not care because Mexicans aren't perfect so why care about one more rapist on the street?

That is possibly the stupidest comment I have heard. Maybe ever.

30 countries are not taking back their criminal illegal aliens from the US.

That might have something to do with ICE's policy to drop criminal charges and deport criminals, rather than trying them for their accused crimes and dispensing justice. How are these countries supposed to try and jail these criminals after the USA has dropped the charges? Why would they want them running free and amok in their country? When foreign countries arrest Americans, they try them, and if convicted, they jail them until their time has been served, and then deport them.

The reason the charges are dropped is because the countries won't take them back.

Chicken and the egg.

That makes zero sense!

Getting Criminal Charges Dropped & Transferring to Immigration Court

As federal officers, ICE officers possess powers that are greater than that of state officers. ICE can ask the District Attorney (D.A.) to drop charges; this allows ICE to bring the illegal immigrant to immigration court more quickly.

This is a typical series of events when an illegal immigrant is arrested: The illegal immigrant will be held in the jail of the city, county, or parish in which they were charged; the jail will report the illegal immigrant to ICE. ICE will indicate to the jail and the D.A. that they want the D.A. to drop the charges. The D.A. usually drops their charges. ICE officers come to the jail. They take the illegal immigrant into federal custody. They place him or her in a federal detention center. And ICE then transports the illegal immigrant to immigration court.

What evidence do you have that ICE's policy to drop criminal charges against illegal immigrants, making it easier to deport them, is due to foreign countries not taking them back? Zero? Thought so.

Why should American resources be used to jail the criminals of another country? They don't need to want them running amok, they do need to take them back and they are free to do whatever they want after that.

If these people have been charged with a crime, they should at least be tried before being deported, so that the receiving county can exact some sort of justiice on them. Once the charges are dropped, what recourse does the receiving country have, without due process?

If an American commits a crime abroad, they are tried and they serve time in that country, and then, once they've paid their debt, they are deported. I'm pretty sure this is international law. Why should the USA be exempt from the same international law?

How would it work if, say Spain, deported an American that had been charged with murder, but dropped the charges, in order to deport them easier. That person would be free to "rum amok" in the USA, and without Due Process, US law enforcement wouldn't be able to do anything about it until they committed a crime in the USA.

Their crime is being here illegally. Punishment is being deported. The nation they are deported to is free to do whatever they want about anything else after that. Why should American resources be used to house and feed ILLEGAL ALIENS.

You are comparing LEGAL Americans with visas to ILLEGALS. Apples and Oranges, try again.

No, read the policy again. If an illegal immigrant is arrested for rape, they need to be tried for rape, not drop the charges to make it easier to deport them. To deport a suspected, but not convicted rapist, is irresponsible. It isn't the receiving country's fault that their citizen broke the law in another country, and now have a rapist running free in their country, without being able to exact the appropriate justice.

They never belonged in America to begin with. Why are you comparing what happens to LEGAL VISA HOLDERS to the Illegal Immigrants that flock here?

If they do not like it they should create a law saying they can try their citizens who enter another country illegally and commit a crime.

Yes, you are. You compared it to what happens when a US citizen does the same. US citizens are not typically in another country illegally.

If the countries are unhappy they should pass laws allowing them to try the criminal and put them in jail in their home country. These people are not here legally, they should not consume our resources. Period.

That's an assumption, and that doesn't really matter, however......if a US citizen whose visa has expired, or has illegally crossing over into, say Germany, and commits a crime, they are arrested, charged, tried and convicted and then they do their time in Germany. After they've done their time, they are deported.

If foreign nationals can sneak into the USA and commit murder or whatever, only to be deported and set free in their homeland, then that might account for why we have criminals continually reentering the USA only to keep committing crimes and being deported, again and again.

I'm just saying, in my opinion, that ICE policy of dropping criminal charges for the purpose of easy deportation could maybe the reason that these countries are refusing to take these criminal in. I believe it's a violation of international law.

If the countries are unhappy they should pass laws allowing them to try the criminal and put them in jail in their home country.

Most civilized countries apply Due Process. You wouldn't condone a government that jails people that are merely accused of crimes in foreign countries without Due Process any more than you would condone it for American' citizens, here or abroad.
