Another problem with disclosure, a huge one, is the issue of why there here and what are they doing.

That may be the REAL disclosure and very problematic for the government for two main reasons.

One issue is this; think about it, the government’s nuclear WMD’s may be one of the reasons there here therefore the government would never likely tell us that
the aliens are here to monitor our nuclear weapons. That would make them look more dam foolish than they are…

Also, disclosure might create a situation where the people and the governments will become more separate. Such as if the people start more cults behind these aliens and championing them over the respective governments of the world.

They might vote one in to replace Trump

That's a joke of course but you get what I mean

So if they did have a deal to let them kidnap citizens, will they disclose that?

Hell no.

When you think about it they can’t disclose until they get a reasonable story on what in the world there doing flying around the sky or flying around in peoples heads or whatever.

What if they belong here? We plant a flag and call it ours but haven't reports existed long before America existed?

A common theme being consciousness in many aspects. I'm far more inclined to believe they are what is considered the spirit world, demons and inner-dimensional before I entertain off-world beings.

What if they are to some degree physical and actually live in the inner earth?
