Dino's there are 4 million other vids on you tube

ancient people with 9 million other vids on you tube

Spears, get past Britney and there are tons of vids too.

If you are "worried" about your children, go on you tube and you can get that special programming that reminds you of home.
Keep in mind this will take a little effort, like key strokes.

"Access to knowledge" should be bipartisan if it is supported with government money. No one party should get a free ride on propaganda.
In Canada we have the CBC that has served its purpose over the years in many ways and I have watched ,listened and supported them ...not now because they have become so left and such a propaganda arm its become useless and offers nothing worth educating someone with ...sad .

Half of Americans probably think rose and jack were really on the titanic.
That's my real worry about America's future.

You can't be serious.

You think cutting a $175 million nea and neh budget isn't political? It would never pass. That is school funding for the arts. Which is the hallmark of every great society.

This is simply a gimmicky business tool for rolling back your overwhelming asking price.

Hopefully people aren't this dumb.

You want to squeeze the budget? How about first getting rid of all corporate lobby power so these guys aren't at call centers all day collecting donations from wealthy interests and can do some legislating.

In Michigan the public schools get between 10,000 per head and 13,000$ per head depending on who you believe. If you can't educate 1-12 on that kind of money, there will never ever be enough money.

Next excuse?

In Michigan your finances are allocated towards specific interests. I assume you have absolutely zero understanding of how the education system works so I get your simple answer.

Most schools say marching bands are funded by booster clubs and ticket sales. Some extremely poor areas in order to have the 20-60 kids who don't want to get in trouble after school use money from the endowment for say marching band programs, in areas that don't have huge ticket sales at high school football games.

And why isn't he use cuts to cut the budget? Part of the equation is the tax cut gamble which can easily push this nonsense into catastrophic debt.

That is by actual conservative free market economista.

My statement still stands, 10,000 13,000$ is a whole lot of money.

As long as you're willing to pay $12 a gallon for gas, have at it.

So? You cut the budget without fixing the system first?

How long you going to buy the gimmicks?

This budget moves from one parties socialism to the other. It does not seriously decreasee the budget because of the police state budget (while cutting judicial branch?) That is included. As well as military budgets.

The tax cut is where the big big gamble is. With a safety net gone, squeezing tariff prices increasing consumer cost, and illegal cheap labor getting the squeeze, we could have a major catastrophe economically speaking for the working class.

Any tax cut not based on a real budget that is passable is debt. The last surplus tax cut was 1962.

If trump was a conservative he would cut the budget not move money to the military, law enforcement sector and other interests. Then when the budget is passed for less money than the current tax rate you cut taxes. Any other way results in national debt and the entire reason for using the cpi to control inflation. Which is why we needed China and Walmart in the first place.

Man some of the "conservatives" are not so conservative. They just hate liberals.

The problem with hiding the true cost of products we use is sooner or later we pay.

If gas was 12$ a gallon, my Honda CRV would not be getting 27MPH.

12$ a gallon, and I suppose this was a # pulled out of your hat, would spur innovation and new tech. Or the releasing of existing held back tech.

Oh I get what you are saying, the military is out of control with spending. Look at the cost of the new jets and proposed copters.

Then we have education costs.

Then we have cost of running govt.

The pet projects are out of control too.

We are $20,000,000,000,000 in debt. It's time to get serious.

So aplauding cutting $175million while increasing the military by 10 percent made you write this?

You should be outraged at the budget. It is literally a scam for everyone but politicians and the defense and law enforcement industry.

yeah...like the state department, EPA,....let's just cancel our government and have a corporate country, with the motto...."if you do not have lot of money, get the F out of here".......or..."let's make our country a great third world nation again"

At that cost per gallon, there would be little to no economic activity at all anywhere.

But why do these institutions have to be funded by the federal Government?

Just because people disagree with funding these things with federal money doesn't mean they don't take their children to museums or value culture and history.
