Here are the facts about this.

The judge and Obama graduated the same year at Harvard law. In 1991.

It's too much of a coincidence knowing how Obama has been trying to stop President Trump any way possible that about 48 hours before the decision, Obama travelled to Hawaii.

Not only that. Some reddit users pointed out the fact that Obama lunched close to the courthouse and the drive from the golf course to the Noi Thai would have put Obama within 5 minutes of the judge's house.

...
4. Where Obama had dinner after golf: Noi Thai (Royal Hawaiian Center, C, 2301 Kalakaua Ave C308, Honolulu, HI 96815). The local news article said that Obama drove from Mid-Pacific Country Club to Noi Thai. That's much closer to the courthouse.

Also, as the reply to this comment states, they were likely within 5 minutes of the judge's house at one point on the drive over.

The reddit users also posted google map pictures pointing out where the courthouse is, the general area of the judges house, and where Obama dined.

Even if Obama didn't go to the judge's house, they could have met at the Noi Thai.

Even if his trip was a coincidence, it is ultimately Obama's fault. He did flood the courts with ideologues after all.

Riiight... It's not like Holder stated that Obama would be returning to politics to "save the nation" by saving Obama's legacy and stopping President Trump.

Obama himself stated he would intervene to stop President Trump.

...
The suggestion will be welcome in a Democratic Party still struggling to unite in opposition to Donald Trump’s presidency after the shock defeat of Hillary Clinton.

When Mr Obama left office, he said he was prepared to intervene if his successor threatened Americas core values – a break in the convention that former presidents are expected to distance themselves from domestic politics.

Of course, Obama thinks that stopping Trump equals to "saving America's core values"... It's the same type of political BS that Holder said when he announced Obama would return to politics to "stop Trump-ism and to save our democracy"... When it is obvious these two, amongst some others, are simply trying to push for more left-wing policies harder since they lost the WH, the Senate and the House.

this should be investigated and if he is in collusion arrested and put in jail for treason.

The issue of visas is the responsibility of the state department. This is outside the jurisdiction of courts. Unless, that Hawaiian judge thinks foreign citizens can legally enter the US without having visas.

MY QUESTION IS THIS WHY THE HECK IF SAUDI ARABIA IS SO RICH AND A BASTION OF THE RELIGION OF PEACE NOT TAKING IN THE FIRST ONE OF THESE REFUGEES ?

Real question is, if Trump was truly concerned about terrorism, why is SA not on the list?

I suspect politics plays a huge roll and Trump thinks he can get away with banning others from others in the Middle East.

Why should they be on the list ???

Got any proof they have terrorists ???

I read it. Judges are supposed to interpret and wonder if a judge should 'close their eyes to historical context'. He decided not to. Like the prior judge. It is CONTEXT and INTENT. Not feelings.

As for watching Tucker Carlson, not even if I was paid.

You probably loved him back in the day when he was on CNN.

God that is the most pathetic channel to ever grace the screen.

Obama or the Judge? These posts are absolutely ridiculous.

I know you wanted Hawaii to be punished and held 'in revolt', whatever that means.

This has not been to the Supreme Court as yet.
Just saying you should not get too invested just yet as you may end up looking foolish.

Trump didn't even petition the Supreme Court to hear the case the first time. The notion that this is justice served is idiotic.

Indeed. A liberal judge has abused his power in order to stop Trump performing his constitutional role as President. I think Trump will now take this to the Supreme Court and this liberal judge will be struck down.

Gorsuch will be confirmed soon and then Trump can move to put the activists in their place. This is precisely why it was so important for Trump to win, so the judical system can be saved from ideologues.

How do you know? You know this man personally? You act like you do. I wouldn't be so sure about new Supreme Court postings.
