This thread is about album endings that you like most. In my opinion, that could include the last song or two but feel free to interpret it however you wish.

New Order's Get Ready is one of my favorite albums. The last two songs of the album are probably my favorite closing of any album because I find them to be endlessly inspiring.

I think "Run Wild" is a little silly, but I like the overall effect.

Hard to top Dark Side of The Moon, with it looping back and fading out with the heart beat the album faded in with.

The Beatles " Abbey Road "

The end medley " Golden Slumbers, Carry That Weight and The End "

And it really was " The End "

My musical tastes span metal/classical/industrial/alternative/grunge/contemporary... I will listen to just about anything but country... or western, for you Blue's Brother's fans...

My favorite album ending ever, are the 3 final tracks on Phil Collin's "No Jacket Required"...

Inside Out

Take Me Home

We Said Hello, Goodbye

Just brilliant...

Caress of Steel by Rush.

VI. The Fountain.

It ties up the theme nicely.

Also Hemispheres by Rush.

VI. The Sphere (A Kind of Dream)

It's not the end of the album, it's the end of side 1, but it beautifully winds up the theme.

It's a gorgeous little song just 1:06 long.
