Chuck up to his usual tricks again.

Now it's the "Wall".

He is vowing to filibuster any legislation that funds the new "Wall" that Trump wants.

Problem is, Chuck supported the 2006 "Wall".

What's wrong with him anyway?

Schumer Promises Filibuster To Block The SAME THING He Supported in 2006

The Conservative Tribune reports, Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer has reportedly signaled his intention to pursue a filibuster to prevent President Donald Trump’s border wall proposal from passing the Senate. There’s just one minor problem with this plan — it’s phonier than a three-dollar bill.

If he was a senator in any other state besides NY, he would lose his seat in the midterms.

But NY is a giant bubble, so...

I have to say that The Wall is a pretty stoopid idea. Why are we paying for a Defense Department that is not preventing a foreign invasion.

You want the Southern Border secured ... set out teams of snipers.

Far faster response than the building of a wall.
Far more effective psychologically.
The solution is pretty much permanent for any would-be illegal.

And here all along I thought Trump was a practical man.

This guy is against everything that Trump is for, he is a shill and a hack. Uses fake tears and fake crys to get the emotionally fueled liberals rowled up. He is a speed bump on a highway, and needs to be scraped off into the ditch. He has to go. And I'm not even a Trump fan.

Any publicity is good publicity, right Chucky?

Doesn't have more important things to do?

Like stand in front of the bulldozers?

I wonder how many elected dems will be out there throwing their own bodies in front of heavy machinery?

Having a wall would actually allow for snipers to effectively patrol the border while also reducing amount of personnel needed. It provides the infrastructure needed to install automated security systems, and if they're really planning it properly, a rail system that would allow for quick transport all along the top of the wall/between checkpoints - not just for personnel but drones, camera's, sensors, etc.

Hell, you'd barely even need to have personnel on the wall at all with the right setup - just a range of sophisticated sensors (audio/visual/infrared) and rail-drones that are able to detect approaching people on the wrong side of the wall. Pre-recorded warnings can be blasted out (in Spanish/English) and if all else fails shots (non-lethal/lethal depending on how far they push it) can be fired.

As someone that works in the IT industry I can envision a whole range of ideas/technology that could be implemented and well-utilized in defending the border - but having the wall in place is fundamental in any of it. It's really a no-brainer.

Perfectly exemplifies the complete joke which the left has become.

It has nothing to do with actual policy and beliefs, it's simply reject Trump at every turn no matter what.
