OMG, climate science work being made available to the public, clearly Trump is a fascist!!! Science should welcome scrutiny, Science should welcome their work being released to the public. If they don't want these things, you should question "why not?" Science is fantastic, don't be fooled though, there is a lot of money to be made in science, and where there is money, there is greed and corruption. Big science is no different than big oil or big government, money is always at the center.

You would rather have politicians who may know nothing of the data being presented to decide what you can and cannot know about government funded research?

This is serious overreach, anti-science, anti-democratic and anti-American as far as I'm concerned. Whether they're researching pollution or climate change it's important and will affect the American people and we have the right to know what our own scientists discover. This administration is setting up America to become an aristocracy or oligarchy or maybe dictatorship and this is how they start- by keeping the people ignorant.

One truth that Republicans writ large need to face is that generally speaking, with few exceptions the weight of scientific evidence is AGAINST their view on the environment, business impact on the environment and regulations, and climate change.

You guys claim that liberals are "feeling based" and don't like facts, but honestly, on a regular basis many conservatives turn a blind eye to environmental destruction evidence, which is LEGION.

That's not "conservative," nor responsible. That isn't personal responsibility, which conservatives claim is a principle they stand for. That's personal and political irresponsibility.

At it's core, environmentalism IS conservative. It's conserving the ecosystem we derive our livelihoods and future from. It's living within our holistic "means," balancing the environmental budget. Ostensibly these are conservative principles, but you guys throw it away when it comes to anything but money.
