Before we get to the main course, we should all start with a simple appetizer. The CIA is not only capable of “hacking” almost anybody, at anytime, the agency has the means to do so while leaving behind Russian fingerprints. I’m not suggesting that the CIA is directly to blame here, but it must be acknowledged as a feasible scenario.

The CIA Can Hack Us and Make It Look Like It’s the “Russian Federation”

Yes, the CIA is evidently in the business of digital false flag attacks, by “misdirecting attribution” according to one portion of the leaks referred to as UMBRAGE. It will be instructive to quote the portion at length:

The CIA’s hand crafted hacking techniques pose a problem for the agency. Each technique it has created forms a “fingerprint” that can be used by forensic investigators to attribute multiple different attacks to the same entity.

This is analogous to finding the same distinctive knife wound on multiple separate murder victims. The unique wounding style creates suspicion that a single murderer is responsible. As soon one murder in the set is solved then the other murders also find likely attribution.

The CIA’s Remote Devices Branch‘s UMBRAGE group collects and maintains a substantial library of attack techniques ‘stolen’ from malware produced in other states including the Russian Federation.

With UMBRAGE and related projects the CIA cannot only increase its total number of attack types but also misdirect attribution by leaving behind the “fingerprints” of the groups that the attack techniques were stolen from.

UMBRAGE components cover keyloggers, password collection, webcam capture, data destruction, persistence, privilege escalation, stealth, anti-virus (PSP) avoidance and survey techniques.

With that in mind, does this article by CNN look suspicious to you?

Anyway, let’s move on. We’ll start with Dennis Kucinich, “correcting the record,” about illegal wiretaps. Anyone who believes that the CIA doesn't engage in clandestine operations, without impunity is willfully ignorant.

Former Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) said in an interview that he was being wiretapped during his political tenure, likely by deep state actors.

“Members of Congress ought to be aware that my experience was that my phone wasn’t safe in a Congressional office. Now, if they can do that to a member of Congress, they can certainly do it to a presidential candidate and they can do it to private citizens as well. Hello, America.”

This is where it gets tricky.

Pay close attention to the pictures below…

Did you notice the misspelling of “Organization?”

How about Emily McMullin’s name and e-mail being used as the server’s “Registrant, Admin and Tech,” contact information?

Guess what is says now? (red flags should be going up)

The server that was used as probable cause in the FISA request that was supposedly communicating with a Russian bank was setup by McMullin.

The domain was registered to the Trump OrgAINZation.

Ex-CIA and Never Trumper Evan McMullin’s sister’s name is, Emily McMullin. The GoDaddy account was opened in 2009, but the domain was registered on 6/29/2016 – right around the time of the first FISA request.

For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. It appears as if WikiLeaks, if not some form of government controlled opposition, is that force. The extra energy required to defeat the enemy comes from people like you and I. Knowledge is power and it's about time we started using it against those who deny us the truth.

SoOo.. can we get to the part of the last Wikileaks Vault 7 dump where the CIA's cyber division stole a buttload of Russian malware/hacks and have been using them for years to gather intel?

Because, you know, the programming shows a Cyrillic slant, so it's obviously the Russians, posing as the CIA, that are using stolen Russian programs to hack Americans as an American Agency for the Russians... wait, what?

Let's do a little critical thinking here. Democrats do not need to apply.

It's been established, several times over, that Emily McMullin is NOT Evan Mc Mullin's sister. She's too old and she got her name through marriage.

A different Emily McMullin works for a company called Cendyn which set up websites for the Trump organization.

PRNewswire

Implementation of Cendyn's products and services will enhance The Trump Organization's global online presence which includes the website www.trump.com..., along with more than 50 private label websites for Trump owned properties and investments (real estate, golf and hotel). The Trump Hotel Collection, which includes Trump International Hotel & Tower in New York and soon to open hotels in Las Vegas and Chicago, will feature Cendyn's CRM Suite: eInsight(TM), eConcierge(TM) and eSurvey(TM) which allows hoteliers to effectively manage the entire view of each guest from a single platform. The Trump Hotel Collection will also feature Cendyn's award- winning ePresence(TM) for website design, eVisibility(TM) for Search Engine / Pay-per-Click Marketing and eProposal(TM) system, for delivery of custom proposals in less than 60 seconds to meeting planner clientele. The devil is in the details. Organization is only spelled incorrectly once. All the other information tallies. It was probably a typo. Nice try, though.

Nobody so far is addressing the primary issue.

Contrary to earlier reporting in the New York Times, which cited FBI sources as saying that the agency did not believe that the private server in Donald Trump’s Trump Tower which was connected to a Russian bank had any nefarious purpose, the FBI’s counter-intelligence arm, sources say, re-drew an earlier FISA court request around possible financial and banking offenses related to the server.

The first request, which, sources say, named Trump, was denied back in June, but the second was drawn more narrowly and was granted in October after evidence was presented of a server, possibly related to the Trump campaign, and its alleged links to two banks; SVB Bank and Russia’s Alfa Bank.

While the Times story speaks of metadata, sources suggest that a FISA warrant was granted to look at the full content of emails and other related documents that may concern US persons.

Forget about Emily McMullin for a second.

If ATS could figure out that,

Why did Obama allegedly use the same server to build a case (after being denied initially), to wiretap Trump? It looks like he seized the opportunity to cast doubt and convinced the courts that it was necessary to view the entire contents of each exchange.

It was his ticket in, but in the end, produced nothing of value. He was spying on Trump based on false pretenses. The WHOIS and Archive.org information was changed. Unless someone here can explain why and how, that is a big NO-NO.

I thought Cendyn is a CIA/NSA front ?

One of those "window" businesses designed to attract and set-up unsuspecting traps.

One of the first things I said about the Vault 7 release was that court cases would go south very quickly if it was based on digital data . Oh and George Webb was one of the first to make the connection on who the server was linked to ...Great post op

Why? So long as the evidence was gathered legally, and they can provide a convincing evidentiary chain, there should be no problem at all. What you are saying is like saying that the development of trick photography in the 1800s rendered photographic evidence inadmissible.
