If you were an electrician,body man and mechanic,I'd say yes for a long project,but if you have to rewire,replace original parts,you will have a money pit,better to find one requiring less work,because even if you do replace everything will it run?Craigslist is filled with unfinished car projects,I have one I bought in 08,and I'm still not done,kind of never ending
