Where do they come from thinking that a seventeen year old is developed enough to be voting. Eighteen is actually too young, they are too influenced by desire to be liked at that age to be able to make a rational decision. Some may, but most people do not get wisdom till they are in their early twenties.
I think that California Democrats know they can control the youth, they want them to be able to vote. There is a problem here with the government there in California, it sounds like they are corrupt.

The age you can fight and die for your country should be point blank the time you are considered a legal adult in all things. Smoking, Drinking, Voting, Age of Consent, Your criminal record switches to an adult, etc. All these different ages for these things is silly.
Either you are an adult and considered responsible or your not. No more of this half-assed #.

If you're old enough to go to war, you're old enough to vote.
Send some 18 year old kid off to some god-forsaken land to fight a war, but that same kid can't vote 'til he/she is 20, or what ever age? No.
18 is fine.

Soros funded violent protests just to make Democrats look bad so this is no surprise. Just another brick in the wall.

But you are all for 18 YO's joining the military because they are influenced to be like. Yep going to say it, you have not thought this argument out.

I think people are just either responsible or not. Very few ever change simply because of age or wisdom.

Raise it to 21 to get most of the college Marxists out of the voter pool.
I say raise it until employed and supporting yourself.
Once you're responsible for yourself and independent, you have quite a different outlook on life.

I'm just repeating what I've heard so many people on these boards say. Whether Soros funded them or not I don't know, but many here believe he did so I'm just going along with that logic. If he funded the violent protests then he did it to make Democrats look bad and slap another brick in the wall between the two parties.
Soros has no political allegiance, he plays both sides for his own benefit, as do other rich people in high places.
