The politicians have enacted a constant race war which sees true criminals of the business world go untouched while the middle class (predominantly white) go up against the lower class (predominantly black). It would be game changing if the lower class realised that they have been screwed by their own "liberation heroes" and not by the middle class who now suffer too at the same hands.

You are correct - there Are SO many wonderfully wise and sensible black people in this country BUT they are normal average everyday people like us. So not a chinaman's chance that any of them will ever get to be a national leader- they are too busy providing for their families and have just an average income.My dearest friend in the world is an elderly black lady.Just a normal average woman - and i promise you,i Really promise you SHE could run rings around clowns like Zuma when it comes to be being president of a country! But the people who Should be in power,never are..

Thank you Spider,and i try to stay optimistic too. It is hard some days..but i feel if every sensible,non hate-consumed/brainwashed citizen does their bit,it will see us through in the long run. It can start small,like,i am helping my dearest friend Margaret,an elderly black lady who has worked like a galley slave all her life to provide for her family (her husband's a deadbeat) to start a goat business. Because in the most horrible time of my life,she was always there for me,she shielded me from people who wished to harm me,she cheered me up and made me laugh,she was like my mother,big sister and fun friend all rolled into one,she was my comfort and my strength. And even though we have lived in separate provinces in recent years,she was never more than a phone call away.

It is a debt that cannot be repaid. But i CAN improve her life now that we have a bit more cash each month,so i am helping her start her goat business,as a legacy also for her children to continue after she passes on.To me,our friendship is all the more precious because in this hate-filled,divided,bloodsoaked country we are a white woman and a black woman who has a friendship that can never be broken,based on real love and caring and understanding of each other's lives,and a lot of laughter and fun and companionship.

It's lank expensive compared to what it used to be. Our inflation is high, but the basket they measure is bare necessaries. Inflation on luxuries are even higher. About $7/kg for decent rump steak. Used to be half that 5 y ago. Gass is about $4.50 per gallon.

Or maybe it's because i live in the most violent society in the world outside of active warzones, South Africa, since 1994, i am desensitized. But i do not see his avvy as being that of a warmonger. Who did that in reply to you? I'm pretty sure it is not me? But i have noticed a Lot of the Left calling people Nazi's etc at the drop of a hat. In fact,from observations all over the net,the left does this to anyone who disagrees with them FAR more than the right.

Yes Religion IS gag-worthy,it is the most insidious,Sick control and divisionary system,and infuriating to behold. Such a strange thing,since first memory around age 3-4 when my mother would read to me at night out of the childrens' bible,i would just get this strange feeling that it was all just a crock,a sort of fairytale.Only when i was older did i also realise that Religion is a Weapon forged against the human race.

We can debate about anything and everything on topic and pertaining to this thread.

Yes it is Difficult for parents here now to feed one's family healthy food. I get a pain in my a$$ everytime i go to P+P and see wayyy overpriced fresh produce like grapes,avo's lemons etc. When i think of how we used to eat those days..we were very poor but my father was a farm manager for P.Andrag+Seuns those days,he used to come home every weekend with a truck Laden with produce,huge baskets full of green+black grapes,apples,peaches,lemons,oranges,lamb,beef,pork,chicken..we were one of the poorest families in our town,back in Bellville in the 60's and 70's but we ate like the wealthiest in Panorama

Of course my dad also passed on a lot of this produce to his black and coloured co-workers,it was too much for us,a family of 5 to eat,and my mom baked huge batches of bread and kept her own chickens and we had ourvown veg gardens anyway.

That type of shared blessing can of course easily happen in a country WHERE THE FARMERS WHO FEED THE NATION CAN REMAIN UNSLAUGHTERED..you cannot have your cake AND slaughter it..

The majority of black people in South Africa Really just want a job,a place to call home,some healthy food and to get on with their lives - which is why i am hoping there will never be a bloodbath race war. Most of the present day average whites in South Africa and most of the present day average blacks in South Africa just want to live their lives and have a chance to be happy.

BUT..if the worst comes to the worst..please trust me when i say this,for i speak not only for myself..the White tribe of Africa shall NOT just go quietly into the night..My generation,and our children,were born Here,through No fault of our own..and we shall NOT be slaughtered without grievous losses on the side of the ones who would try to murder us because of our skin colour..Make of that what you will.

Why are we even having these discussions?

This is playing right into the hands of the benefactors and doing their work for them.

Whether it is in South Africa, Europe, or the United States, we are all smart enough to see the handwriting on the wall, and we deciphered it long ago. Yet what have we learned from it?

When are we going to do something that might actually put a stop to the destruction that they prepping, creating, and scripting?

When are we going to stop being lemmings, borgs, and borgettes, and start being the person, and making the future that we want to see?

We really need to learn a thing or two from a child's movie.

I am not making light of the situation and I recognize the fear as real. I would not want to be the one having to deal with the hordes at my front door and would handle the situation the same way you would. According to the scuttlebutt in my country, it is just a matter of time that I will face this situation because I do not embrace Islam.

Now it is the hordes are going to kill you because you are white. At other times the hoards came to kill you because you were Black, Indian, Native American, Christian, etc. It makes this quotation seem prophetic.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

It seems that we believe the only way to get what you want is by killing and taking from someone else. Yet in the end, all we end up with is pain, suffering and enslaved, while the benefactors still own everything including us.

We can keep doing the same thing over and over again with the same results, or we can at least try to make a change. If we can fight for them, we can fight against them. We have to stop allowing ourselves from being used. We will never win by being their blind, deceived, minions.

Question to South African members (living in South Africa) on here.

When I was in my early twenties I was temping at a butter factroy here in the UK and one of the fellow temps was a South African. This was I think 1996, he said he couldn't go back to the new South Africa due to what he'd been involved in military wise, anyway to the point.................... This guy said that there were arms dumps concealed all over south Africa by the previous regime and these would be accessed by Boers in the event of their lifestyle being threatened. Question is could the Boers in your opinion still mount a take over of South Africa by military means today if push came to shove and their farms were about to be confiscated?
