There are currently multiple brush fires (6-10) happening within about 100mi radius in South Central Nebraska and North Central Kansas.
The town of Stockton KS has alerted the residents in the south part of town to evacuate.

We have been experiencing extremely high winds all day, and the visibility due to smoke and dust is horrible, just making everything worse.

I will start trying to gather some links as time permits, I just wanted to get this thread started in case anything comes from this.

As of right now, no one is sure how this will play out.My local scanner link

Yup...everything's covered in dust, inside and out....I made the mistake of opening windows this morning.

Yep, It's pretty bad in places. I was on the phone with dad. My sister lives down around Hutch are in Kansas. She moved out of one house and to a new area, but the area she did live in was under threat from a large grass fire.

The wind around here has been crazy. Meanwhile, we've been listening to the tornado sirens up here all evening.
