Wrong again.

The Americans who were surveiled were involved in criminal investigations.

His statement was not wrong. He said american journalists were surveilled, rather or not it was a criminal investigation is irrelevant.

So when Obamas spokesman said this to prove they didn't surveill trump; "As part of that practice, neither President Obama nor any White House official ever ordered surveillance on any U.S. citizen. Any suggestion otherwise is simply false."

We know he is lying because the surveilled journalists like James Rosen. Notice his claim doesn't mention criminal investigations, it says they never did it period.

They tried to ruin her career, because she would not
post fake news for them.

Yep, one brave woman and she is still fighting this,
but the courts don't seem to give her a fair shake.

An good example of how wrong illegal surveillance was and isa violation
of her constitutional freedoms.

Why are you being so dense? What purpose and who does that serve. I've already linked several sources that say he's asked the doj to debunk this. What you need him to call you personally?

What's your number ill make sure he gets it.

Obama's statement was a clear lie and more than one person today has stated it. Why he lied is another matter - perhaps he needed to try and wash away his past spying in order for it to appear more credible that he did not spy on Trump.

The links arent saying Comey did what you are claiming. Unnamed sources in those links are claiming it.

Comey has not done what is being claimed.

See the difference?

from the mouth of Mr Contempt of Congress himself.......

Attorney General Eric Holder Jr. said he could not comment on the details of the phone records seizure, which he said was an open investigation — although he was happy to comment on the open investigation into the tax audits of conservative groups, which he said might have been criminal and were “certainly outrageous and unacceptable.”

I disagree.
We don't know Obama's spokesperson was lying. NSA may very well have spied on journalists and foreign heads of state. But that is not the same as saying Obama or his WH ordered the surveillance.

These people actually think an 'American official' saying Comey said something is proof enough. With some it's just intellectual dishonesty to claim Comey rejected the claims, with others it's just the usual brain dead approach of reading headlines and assuming they are true.

Comey or the DoJ may confirm at some point, or deny, but as yet ... NADA.
