Here is an article I found where the highest level whistle blower in NSA history says Trumps phones may have been illegally wiretapped.

Washington's Blog asked the highest-level NSA whistleblower in history - Bill Binney - whether he thought Trump had been bugged.

Binney is the NSA executive who created the agency’s mass surveillance program for digital information, who served as the senior technical director within the agency, who managed six thousand NSA employees.

He was a 36-year NSA veteran widely regarded as a “legend” within the agency and the NSA’s best-ever analyst and code-breaker.

...

Binney told Washington's Blog:

NSA has all the data through the Upstream programs (Fairview/Stormbrew/Blarney) [background] and backed up by second and some third party country collection.

Plus the FBI and CIA plus others, as of the last month of the Obama administration, have direct access to all the NSA collection (metadata and content on phones, email and banking/credit cards etc.) with no attempt at oversight by anybody [background]. This is all done under Executive Order 12333 [the order which allows unlimited spying no matter what intelligence officials claim] ....

FBI would only ask for a warrant if they wanted to be able to take it into court at some point given they have something meaningful as evidence. This is clearly true given the fact the President Trump's phone conversations with other country leaders were leaked to the mainstream media.

In other words, Binney is saying that Trumps phones were bugged by the NSA without a warrant - remember, top NSA whistleblowers have previously explained that the NSA is spying on virtually all of the digital communications of Americans. - and the NSA shared the raw data with the CIA, FBI and other agencies.

If the FBI obtained a warrant to tap Trump's phone, it was a "parallel construction" to "launder" improperly-gained evidence through acceptable channels.

I'm hearing that the fake Trump company with supposed Russian banking connections that led to the surveillance request... was actually generated and registered by Emily McMullen...sister of ex-CIA operative & presidential candidate Evan McMullin.

twitter.com...

It was a false Hillary Clinton gimmick to try to embarrass Trump during the election.

Has this been mentioned yet?

No, but that is either a very strange coincidence, or some people in the McMullin household have some explaining to do!

How did they get the server into the Tower? And Trump has accused Obama of spying on him, not a fake company. Love the stylized swastika on your source webpage!

Aren't all phones bugged by the NSA these days? What's so special about Trump? If he has nothing to hide he has nothing to worry about.

Not always.

There are some encryptions that can't be broken (at lease not in any reasonable time frame). These days encryption algorithm developers are bound by the authorities to develop backdoor entry for the purposes of criminal investigation, however there are myriad older DLL's and even COM objects that are able to be incorporated into either websites or have standalone applications developed against these libraries that had no such constraints.

If there is no backdoor, I think a conservative estimate for cracking a 256 bit AES BLOWFISH algorithm is probably on the order of .....ya know what, by the time the computing power of 10,000 cray supercomputers have gotten 1/4 of the way through, your grandchildrens grandchildren will be retiring.

Hahaha!

Ok. Remember that when Trump taps his opponents phones and leaks information to the public to harm them politically. You are OK with this, because his opponents should have nothing to worry about unless they haave something to hide.

Can't you see how insane your statement is?

Donald Trump has so many shell companies that it may be impossible to tell whether the company was affiliated with him or not. If the purpose of the server were clandestine communications, whoever set it up may have done so in a way to provide plausible deniability. Well, we'll know when President Trump declassifies everything in order to clear his name....

Ok if it was irony then you are admitting that if Trump was tapped and Obamas admin disseminated that info around as the article I posted suggests that this is very bad.

I am glad that you agree.

The key word being "if." If Trump was tapped, and if that was ordered by the White House, and if the purpose were merely political, and if the "leaks" were authorized.... Now, if it turns out that the surveillance was justified, and that members of the Trump campaign were actively coordinating efforts with the Russian government...?

Kelleyanne Conway said the following on Fox, concerning Trump's allegations that Obama tapped his phones. She was asked by Ainsley Earnhardt, "How does he know his phone was actually tapped?"

"He's the President of the United States. He has information and intelligence that the rest of us do not, and that's the way it should be for our presidents"

If that is the case, show that evidence now. He can declassify anything he wants.
If he Mr. Trump does not, he is a liar, and manipulating a frenzy for his own twisted agenda.

The registration was actually made by an employee of Cendyn
Here is what Cendyn do.

Cendyn Hospitality Marketing Cloud™ is an integrated technology platform with the most complete set of applications available for driving sales and marketing performance, delivering results via two main solution sets. Cendyn/ONE™ provides Hotel CRM and Data-Driven Digital Marketing solutions for growing transient leisure bookings, guest engagement, and loyalty. Cendyn/EVENTS™ provides Event Management and Hotel Sales solutions for capturing group business and streamlining the event sourcing, planning and execution process.

So, Trump wanted to send clandestine communications to a Russian bank, so he had a marketing solutions company do it for him and one of their employees is the admin on the account.

Sounds plausible.

The same can be said of the IC's claim that Russia hacked John Podesta. Show the evidence, or else we will assume it is fake.

I am sure he will supply the information to the House Intelligence Committee, who will use it as part of their investigation into Obama's administration.

Well, in fairness to him, they're not really decrypting a stream. If we work our way backward to the heady days of DCS-1000 or the Echelon program, streams were captured in their raw data forms as a single entity on a monitoring monster. Once there, finding the applicable target and isolating it was cakework.

Once isolated and disseminated it's no longer a stream but an individual entity that can be worked on by a background process on a separate machine.

But if they were working on live streams and attempting to crack them in real-time (only the most inept IT pro's would even think that's a good idea), then you would be right....next to impossible doesn't even fit the bill.
