A person is a suspect if there is some evidence. I'd like to see the evidence for the FISA. It's can't be Trump saying he respects Putin. That's not evidence.

Yes, we need to see the evidence before we make any conclusion.

Many in this thread are putting the cart before the horse and making assumptions based on political bias.

CNN? The Clinton News Network?

I thought CNN was/is fake news.

Ha, ha, I think Comey never like Hillary to begin with, I remember some comments he did during the E-mail investigation.

I believe that he hinted that if he find anything on her even if he was not able to bring it down he would make sure that the public knows everything that have to be known to make judgment.

Or something between the lines, let remember that the B Lynch was all over the investigation as per Obama's request to obstruct Comey

I think Comey is gonna nail the Democrats again.

Real soon.

I do too. There's a damn good reason Trump stuck with Comey. I have my suspicions about that, but there is a real reason.

Would you be happier if I posted a Breitbart link to the same story?

Well they have provided no proof at all. I think the people you are refering too are no more partisan than the media or dems, or repubs for that matter.

So they are all partisan douchbags.

Ok. I'm fine with that.

The fact is that there has been no proof shown to the people that Russia hacked the DNC or that Trump was involved. We are just supposed to take the intelligence agencies word for it without seeing any proof.

Perhaps no evidence has been presented because it's still under investigation.

Regardless, I will make no absolute statements until that evidence surfaces. It would be wise of all of us to take that approach.

This is even worse than what you are criticizing, because unlike ATS members, these people have power. So your demand for evidence from them should be even stronger.

I am well within my right to criticize those that take an illogical approach, regardless of their level of power.

Yes it's been proven.

That's what a FISA warrant is.

Only if the US citizen is suspected of colluding with foreign entities.

Again, has it been proven that a US citizen was part of the warrant?

Way to move that goal post.

He said definitively that he would have been advised and that he was not. There was no question as to what he said.
What he didn't say is a bit more interesting. He didn't say they didn't tap him after the election. He was pretty specific as to time frame. I hate to say.
However I will say that if a warrant was issued there was probable cause.

The Republican congress will start an investigation because they know that if the Obama former administration have crap it will ensure another win on mid term elections and the Democrats could lose more seats.

This will be politics as its finest

An easy way to cash out on the scandal.

When Obama's own highest ranking intel official, Clapper, is now stating there was no evidence of the Russians colluding with the Trump campaign, is that "putting the cart before the horse and making assumptions based on political bias" as well?

Well said.

Look at the Pelosi interview today. Read carefully what she says here.

“I do think, with all due respect in the world for the press, that the press could have done a better job, instead of printing every email that came out, and saying this comes to you from Vladimir Putin, they were, hah, hah, hah, John Podesta said this or that. I think the press were accomplices in the undermining of our election by the Russians by not pointing out this stuff is worthless because it comes from an undermining of our election, or at least reminding the public where this — these emails, the leaking of these emails came from.

www.breitbart.com...

She thinks we should not only not report on the wikileaks, but that their content is worthless, because, um, Russians!

This is what is being set up possibly. No matter what damning info Trumps admin finds, leftists can just yell "Russia!!!" and ignore all evidence.

Look at how CNN and all of the other outlets constantly moan on about Russia, and yet they never mention that the leaks that they are accusing Russia of hacking showed people within their own organization acting as shills for Hillary against Trump and Bernie. They have effectively controlled the narrative by yelling Russia, and thats is what they will continue to try to do.

Nancy Pelosi owns "Goat Hill Pizza" (WTF?!)

'nuff said.

Well if heads start to roll because of this, then the media also needs an investigation. (Mainly CNN, but there are many others) To me, it's clear they are actively assisting the Obama administration with the act of sedition.

Serious stuff that should not be swept under the rug.

It appears they were well within their right to do that as it was part of a criminal investigation.

That may also be the case in this instance.

Thanks for the example.

It was funny only the first time, imho.

You should have used a better approach. UKtruth gave a good example.

You did not prove a US citizen was part of the FISA warrant, as you suggested.
