PSSST...The man sitting on the left was ALREADY PRESIDENT when that picture was taken. In the midst of a Missile Treaty negotiation.. Not some orange menace asking the Russian FSB to launch a cyber attack on the US election to help him out.

Good Lord! Can't you understand "tongue in cheek". Please go to "Will Rogers", the famous humorist, and compare some of his famous quotes to this one. His "near beer" quip, seems pretty close to this one.
