I can't believe, even for one minute trump would lie about the size of his building. Can we just impeach this guy already.

The media really will print any story that paints trump as a liar. Now I think I've seen it all.

They think it's funny. I mean, what else are you going to do? My pathological liar brother-in-law ended up getting the same reaction from his family after a while. It's like "I just helped JFK change a flat tire" and we'd giggle, knowing you have to just deal with it.

And that's where a lot of Trump people are stuck at. They have to deal with him or admit something they would rather not look at. So they laugh. They laugh like he's a kindly old man with Alzheimer.

I'm not sure he even owns all these trump buildings, people just pay to use his name on the outside. He sells a brand and it does quite well. Silly as it is. The protesting going on about it here were to have his name taken off , not knock it down

Um, worked construction most of my life. A basement is considered a story. all underground floors are stories. Military bases are often five or more stories under the ground.

I don't know how some people can think otherwise, a simple search on the net will show that all below surface floors are stories.

Why is this even a thing , like who in the hell goes around counting how many floors a building has . What next . " Trump claims company cars run standard tyre pressure but random checks have some tyre pressures as much as 2 PSI under inflated . Calls for impeachment over deflate gate ."

A storey (or story in American English) is any level part of a building that could be used by people (for living, work, storage, recreation, etc.). The plurals are "storeys" and "stories" respectively.

Storey definition

So I guess underground floors would count as storeys and proves Trump right.

Your wrong, The Twin Towers had 104 floors, but was only 94 Stories.
