Van Jones just said this on CNN:

"Donald Trump has done something nobody can take away from him. He just became President of the United States".

Very nice. This speech will really boost his ratings.

No. If any Democrats heard that, they will be throwing rocks.

Jones is an expert professional BS artist.

I said it once, and I'll say it again. If you still think he isn't genuine and sincere you need a long look in the mirror.

This was an amazing speech and whoever is still deflecting has obviously already made up their biased minds before they even watched.

I hate CNN. Van Jones wants to make everything racial.

But I will say, he does seem willing to criticize his own side more than others, and acknowledge when Trump makes good points. Look at the end of the day I am bias like Jones, its hard to admit when someone you don't like does something positive. I even had to applaud Hillarty on occasion.

So I applaud Van for saying something nice about it.

The more folks hear what POTUS is doing, the better it sounds...

I still believe that he is CENTRIST... AMERICAN CENTRIST...

The swamp is CONGRESS... He called them ALL out tonight...

YMMV..

Well, enough of that.

I do have to admit something that will surprise some of you ... the Congressional Democrats did look like they're all constipated.

There is no leadership there. No ideas, and they aren't even as good at obstruction as the Republicans were.

No ideas except for Senator Warren ... but she's too closely tied in too many people's minds to Clinton.

And she's so ... school-marm-ish. Perhaps she'll find her own stride, perhaps not. Either way ...

You guys may be right. We may have at least 7.8 more years of this.

And I will give you that the republicans didn't look much better during Obamas speeches. Seems when its your side in charge, its easier to look good.

And lets not say all dems. The democratic senator from West Virginia was seen standing up applauding heavily when Trump mentioned coal miners jobs, and he seems like a very reasonable guy.

Get on board the Trump Train, don't be scared, the Fake News can't hurt you.

The racial "thing" worked for the Obama administration so well that the democrats think they can still hold to it, but the true is that nobody cares anymore, but those that still believe it does.

They need to find something new because Trump tonight has surprised them all.

Let see if the attacks become more vicious or the democrats still in congress will start to take sides so they can look good for their voters sake.

It is becoming increasingly more difficult for the lunatic left to post anything that does not sound blatantly partisan.

Trains make me claustrophobic.

I just read his speech.

Without the distraction of watching him give it ... it's a good speech.

If he does what he said in that speech, and delivers even half of it, hell, a tenth of it ... he will have earned his Presidency.

We'll see.

And now the reality sets in.

How.

i am trying my hardest to find good things to say about trump. i just don't like the insulting way he goes about his agenda. there is politically correct and then there is sounding like a complete jerk and trump and his supporters seem to prefer the latter.

Why did the Dems all looked like the living dead? Scary stuff.

Well Trump is going to keep his promises and people are still pissed. I don't get it. I like how the social media warriors attack him for not including the LGBT crowd but he spoke of all americans. He didn't excluded anyone. People are stupid.

Because most of the people who hate him don't really think of themselves as Americans, not like you are I might, because they hate this country.
