Donald Trump will present his economic vision during his first joint address to Congress on Tuesday evening, a speech which is expected to solidify the populist agenda that helped sweep him to victory in November.

“All I can do is speak from the heart and say what I want to do,” Trump said, in a pre-taped interview with Fox & Friends on Tuesday morning

On the agenda will be the military, homeland security, healthcare reform,
plus other things that The President pledged to do during the campaign
Bolster the core, reassure the others that can be reassured

As well as setting his azimuth and freeing the Trumpism,
as a bonus, it will certainly be The Predsident's own auto critique of his 1st month in power !

This is the absolute must see of 2017

Met with the usual Anti-Trump rhetoric afterwards. I stopped watching anything about Trump or the news about Trump. So sick of the manufactured drama of it all. I certainly will enjoy missing out.

He's also going to talk about (supposedly) an immigration policy that includes a path to becoming legal.

I wonder how well that will go over with the right?

We already have a process to become a legal citizen. Why would anyone be opposed to it?

I'm interested in hearing the Trump vision for the USA

It could even be a ... Kennedy moment
"don't ask what your country can do for you .."

Seriously

Nancy Pelosi, who joined Schumer at the National Press Club, said Democrats are steeled for a four-year battle against Trump’s “reckless agenda and incompetent judgment”.

Not for illegal immigrants there isn't. A pathway for people who were illegally, but were not violent or committing crimes in general and the so called 'dreamers'.

First 'official" reaction

Top Republican says Trump's budget plan 'dead on arrival'

Republicans are lining up against President Donald Trump's proposed budget cuts to the State Department, hours before his address to Congress.

Mr Trump's 2018 budget blueprint reportedly includes a 37% spending cut for the State Department and US Agency for International Development (USAID).

He will set out to convince Congress of his proposal in his first address to a joint session on Tuesday night.
