Each blow I witnessed, all I thought was... 'potential felony not needed.'

I think the man inflicting the pistol whipping was just as dangerous as the guy robbing the store. He seemed to be enjoying himself.

Your statements are between pistol whipping and guessing what was going to happen. 2 very different things.

The robber isn't a victim!

So you another one that thinks you should pistol whip unconscious people? The guy was subdued, a real 'hero' at that point would have called the cops and ended the encounter.

Which is why I used the word 'appeared' in reference to shooting. Which you can see is shared by others in this thread.

The pistol whipping is not up for debate.

Mmm, if I may;

I agree if someone is a direct threat all means should be used to subdue them;

However once subdued, to maintain a rule of law, he should be held until authorities arrive, blah blah, due process.

Otherwise its a world of might makes right and that's too open to personal interpretation imo.

And then he pistol whipped him and seemed about to shoot him in the head.

Opinion, and it is welcomed, also seems to be an embellishment.

Again, glad this guy was handed his ass, and I hope he never tries to prey on law abiding citizens again.

What you saw in the video is the "sausage" being made. Ugly but very effective.

eh you can see the dude start to go into the motion of at least putting the gun to his head and the clerk pushes his arm away, but I suppose this could be argued for eternity.

I would not doubt it tbh...He just has this calm vibe to him as he does what he does...And like I said to me his mannerisms and demeanor suggest to me he wanted to shoot the guy.

If he didn't want to shoot the guy, it looks to me as though he wanted the gun. Between 2:40 and 2:45 (right after the pistol whipping) he slides the gun into his right pocket and never gives it back.. unless I missed it.

That really the best you have?

What I saw in the video is two violent assholes. What I am now seeing in this thread is people advocating for violence.

And who should he give the gun to?

I don't know..but putting it in my pocket and then walking out of the store with it doesn't seem like the right thing to do..anyhow, it is/was just an observation..and I really wanted to see if anyone noticed anything different.. he could've been holding onto it until the police arrived for all I know..

I can't say what he did was right. Of course it's not "right" to do this.

Could be a thug life all around.

Yet earlier in the thread you applauded his violent behavior.

I have the ability to see right and wrong, and we live in a world of greys, meaning everything isn't black and white. They guy had what looked like his wife? sister? girl friend?

Just because something is wrong, doesn't mean I can't enjoy it.

In my opinion, the armed robber got a little more than he needed, but we have no audio. We only have video. It would be interesting to hear what was going on. He will not be robbing for a while.

What do you need audio for? What is an unconscious person going to say while he is getting pistol whipped?
