So the way it works nowadays is you find yourself unhappy. What can one do to be happy and content again? that is if you ever were content at all. The normal focus is that one is nailed and chained to a certain bandwagon and there is some truth in that idea. What is commonly taught is that we need to simply jump off and create a new environment to be happy in. Thing is mostly, we blame the other passengers for what was occurring on that band wagon, in fact that is the easy way. Just jump off and leap on another wagon without any care of interest as to where its heading , its mission and who are the participants.
The assumption is made that we are always unhappy because of our environment and relationships, we assume we are perfect and its the others that need to atone. It a funny picture thousands of people pointing the finger insisting that their desires be for filled. If we all evolve that way, it appears we are all banging our heads against a wall in search of a result.
What could one do to bring the merry go round to a grinding halt? For me each time this scenario repeats its self in my life, it signals the "know yourself" bell ringing. Strip down naked and return to simply being, instead of being obsessed in what one thinks and what one desires and does as the central factor to life.
