There's a fine line between idiocy and being stupid.

The three of us bough timeshares on that line and subleased it to some people who ended up trashing the place and we had to replace the carpet and the kitchen counter because they smoked in the house and left burns on the counter like filthy animals and they had the utter gall to ask for their deposit back!

Who trashes a place and asks for their deposit back? It made me so mad that I almost said some cuss words but I restrained myself.
