Increased Russian Spy Activity

This is breaking currently on numerous news sites including Fox News. Aparrently there are more Russian spies operating in the US and Germany then there has been in quite some time. This begs the question, is this new information for the US government or could it be the real reason behind certain security increases?

I have read many places that i'z saying more Russian spies, but....

Would it only make sence...that the West is also increasing? esp. after 911.

Plus sure that all the "seperating" states of Russia would play a role in that....yes/no ? and not to mention th'r also dealing with there own war.

But why this is not being talked about in the media/talk shows is kind'a interesting in it's~self....I mean I'm sure i read about this a while back...and only now have read this on this site (kind'a new here).
