It's sad. He was likely one of the last of the generation who could simply agree to disagree and learn to like the give and take of political talk and debate.

We're still out there. Those that can agree to disagree and maybe find common ground every now and again. I find it a little amusing that Colmes was considered a liberal. He was about the most centrist pundit I ever heard.
I'm still saddened by his passing, though.

Oh, didn't expect this. Used to watch him when he was on with Hannity, till he quit that. Seldom agreed on anything he said, but he did at least give some thought to what he believed. Sad for his family.
