I agree with his insinuation, they've made millions believe a billionaire is an outsider with their rhetoric. Good for Trump and his billionaire buddies, bad for America. Best way to keep the status quo going when people start waking up is by making one of their own look like an outsider, they've done that with the media's constant bashing of Trump.

The real question should be: How long ago you found out about it ?
me it was 2002 when Tom Brokaw twisted Rep. James Inhofe words.

For me, it was 1968 JFK and then MLK after thinking something strange with JFK... Walter Cronkite became the gov mouthpiece and the rest is history. Up until 1963 the press was very good. After that it went downhill till it hit bottom in '68-69.

Bottom, or I should add hit a low that set the stage for the rest of this business. Once the threshold was crossed into a 5th column, they have not been able to be "journalists" anymore.

There really are people who think Mika is an honest to goodness journalist and not a blatant peddler of toxic propaganda?

Do you people who think there is nothing to this not know who her father is or what organizations he founded?

One of them is the Trilateral Commission.

There is no way I could ever trust Zbig or any offspring of his.

Brzezinski was Obama’s foreign policy mentor after Obama won the Presidency in 2008.

Any doubt on the question of Trilateral Commission goals is answered by David Rockefeller himself, the founder of the TC, in his Memoirs (2003):

“Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as ‘internationalists’ and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure—one world, if you will. If that is the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.”

“Integrated global political and economic structure” means: domination of populations via giant corporations.

The TPP, Monsanto, Rockefeller, Trilateral Commission, Brzezinski

No...I'm suggesting you guys watch the full clip. I know that would hurt though, since you'd all have to check your confirmation bias to do it.

The source of confirmation bias is the lying media themselves though. Is it any wonder everyone is so jaded at the lying media these days?

I like Morning Joe, despite the channel it seems to me to offer the broadest spectrum of opinions in the media.

I honestly think Mika got caught up in the discussion and said something "on camera" that they all say with each other.

Like when soldiers say "our job is to kill people", its a passing remark that is not really honest but breaks down the job to its rawest form.

It's not that the media is there to "control what people think" so much as the media "provides the information to form opinions".

It is up to us, as individuals, to decide what we do with the information provided.

The problem with the media in America today isn't so much "how" information is provided, but "what" information is provided. "Garbage in, garbage out" as they say.

There is not a journalist alive, an honest to goodness journalist, that would say or infer that their job is to control what you think. Their job is to be bias free and report facts and not draw conclusions, but to let the people do so -- it's truthiness that is paramount. Telling someone the truth is not "controlling" what they think -- lying to them is.

No more context is needed. The simple fact that she boiled it down to the raw truth -- that they control the narrative and what people think, is telling about what they really do -- just the same as a soldier who boils down what they do to "Killing people" -- because most soldiers never kill anyone and are never even shot at.

There are 1.4 million active soldiers in all branches of the armed forces and like 5x that in reserves. The amount of that 1.4 million that are deployed in active combat zones probably totals less than 100k.

More over, the additional context about how the media wasn't exactly truthful in the immigration reporting just adds more to the claim that they control what you think, because in the "context" they basically admitted that even the media was lying, but it's still not Trump's job to create the propaganda....

Like -- even the additional context just makes it worse IMO.

I love one of the first responses to her.

So we are to let you explain a comment, the very thing you will not allow Trump!

Good find! The words came out of her mouth. I'll leave it to each of you to decide whether this is the true explanation or if it is just a coverup.

It's called Freudian slip. It wasn't a "mistake."

She's Brzezinski's daughter. Nothing will happen to her. Besides, she was being honest, even if it was a "mis-speak."
