The Birthright of Light

Welcome to this little place i like to call the light
Where sorrows go to die and every thing is right
Thus place, you know, where dreams reside
Shattered fears against fragile hopes collide
Fragility is my strength; impossibility my way
Paradoxical wanderer facing the new day.
Hero of soul, noble of mind
Realities fool.

Yes, indeed a place. Of joy and sorrow mixed
Where one lends to the other and bitterness is fixed
Sorrow without limitnations upon the soul
Joy without the constant fear to fall
The two, I see, are one and the same
That lonely I is the only one to blame
For fear deriding, pain dividing
But the I you see, can always keep striving
To reach this place we know so well
The place our hearts and souls yearn to dwell
It is ours, this I know, we have the right
But for now, my friends, this is our fight
To learn, and grow, to and from ourselves
Sharing love and peace to break rim of he'll
Transcending, whilst descending how can it be
This paradox I call knowledge, forever it calls to me
Of self, for soul, this much is clear
So; whilst were here
Please smile through the tears
