WWV, US Time and Frequency Standard, Will Be Silent Feb 21 & 22

For all the hams and short wave listeners on the forum, you may miss WWV the frequency and time standard broadcasting from Fort Collins Colorado tomorrow and Wednesday. They will be shutting down at 7 am Mountain Time and re-establishing transmissions at 5 pm Mountain Time, each day.

Due to an electrical upgrade, Radio Station WWV will be off the air on all frequencies on February 21 and 22, 2017. The outages will occur between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, and will not exceed 8 hours duration each day.
