The Clavendier is bronze unfortunately but priceless in my eyes.

From what I have gathered, only 3 have been unearthed in Europe to this day.

One In Belgium, 1 in Switzerland and mine in France.

I'm thinking of donating it to our local museum in Montrichard. (Google Montrichard and The film "catch me If you can" with Di Capricio or however you spell it! (Sorry I am on my mobile.)

Talking of Montrichard... there is gold to be found there too. A couple of years ago a labourer dug up a whole stash of gold and silver coins....

The village was sieged for a couple of hundred years by us Anglo Saxons... Buwhaaaaaa.... and then we got our heads kicked in....

Time to dig into those Cassini maps methinks!?
