Like an idiot I was still refreshing the previous page, then I realized we jumped to a new one. Glad you are posting regularly again. I have fun when you keep me company. I have to find something to eat, but I'll be popping in and out.


To all the lurkers, get the hell out of the bushes! What on earth is so interesting behind there anyway? I bet if I go check I'll find party hats and empty booze cans and stuff. We do have a fully stocked bar you know. Sheesh!

I'm eating my Taco's and watching the Oscars.

I don't watch it every year. I have to be in the mood.

I love looking at all the beautiful clothes.

So far as I have seen, no one has gone off on a rant.

I guess that will come when they have the stage. Then I might turn it off.

I started watching one of those movies you suggested last nite. But I started dozing off.

I may go back to that tonite.

It's been a peaceful day. I have spent alot of time here reading.

I may end up going to bed early. I have a busy day tomorrow.

@kat - Someone else asked me that about tacos the other day!!

I don't often make tacos to be honest.
We have VERY good meat here in Scotland.
There are quite strict laws against the use of animal steroids and other chemicals which seem to be commonplace in the States. Our wet climate produces a huge amount of lush green grass and root vegetables, so the cattle get a great fresh natural diet too.
With Tacos, I would just tend to make a beef Chilli with minced (ground) beef and then use that as a filling along with some crisp salad leaves, refried beans, salsa, guacamole, soured cream etc
So, yes - I'd use ground meat (but I know that's probably not very "authentic" mexican!!)

I had a nice weekend pottering around the house, and clearing out a load of old clutter.
Scotland WON at the Rugby! YAY!
And.... The weather has turned from HIDEOUS to GLORIOUS overnight!
Still a little bit cold and crisp, but we've had a lovely sunrise and nice blue skies so far!

Once upon a time, there was a naughty little Elf, who stayed up all night long - even on a School night!
She would chat with her friends, and share pictures of cats, fantastic mythical beasts and rainbows.
But this meant that she was often crumply and rumply and grumbly all of the next day because she was sooo tired.

So, one night a HUGE BIG SCOTSMAN appeared beside her and bored her rigid with tales of Tacos, Guitars and Rugby! The little Elf closed her eyes, and instantly fell asleep as the big fella tucked her in and wished her sweet dreams.

The next morning... the Little Elf woke up bang on time and was BRIGHT as a BUTTON! She flitted about the shed like a beautiful butterfly who had swallowed a little too much pixie dust...
It was only when she clicked on the TV and saw the photo of the HUGE BIG escaped lunatic from the Asylum for the Criminally Insane on the news that she realised what a lucky escape she'd just had...

I did manage to make it to work this morning so the morning can’t be all bad, right? LOL
