You NEED to try it Raine!!!
Bacon medallions work best... cook them as you would normally... then dip them in your fave pancake mix and cook the pancakes.
The pancakes look like normal everyday pancakes until they bite in and... OMG!!! There's bacon in there!!!

Happy to make them for you.... when can you be here?

It is STUNNING!!!! But difficult to capture in a photo... especially in Scotland... In February....
