Lentil & Bacon is one of my favourites (especially with all the bad weather).
I probably make it every couple of weeks.
I do make Scotch Broth, Pea & Ham, Tomato, Chicken & Rice, Cock-a-Leekie and other ones too... Oh, and for special occasions... my 2-colour Pepper soup is amazing!
But Lentil is one of my faves! LOL (And YES... it IS very Good!)

The Woodpecker came back!
I managed to get a couple of photos and videoclip!

Now there's a Wood Pigeon, Blackbird & Magpie (again!)
It's better than the TV anyway!! LOL

My weakness is potato soup. I LOVE it, the cheesier the better! And if it could somehow come served in a big fluffy bread bowl, YUM!

I need to get ready to take my friend to a doctor's appointment soon, so just wanted to say "hi".

Thank you for all the kind responses to Sophie, lol. (except Augustus, mittens indeed!!) That pic was not actually her...but I found it while surfing and thought it was close enough (and she does walk on my keyboard like that).

I hope everyone is well today. Thanks to zazz for Night Star's anniversary thread/party! If anyone is deserving of some recognition it's our little Elf!!
