Here is what may be relevant

The State department, some branch therein, runs COVERT OPERATIONS.

This may or may not have something to do with this purging…

The Special Activities Division (SAD) is a division of the CIA's National Clandestine Service, responsible for Covert Action and "Special Activities". These special activities include covert political influence and paramilitary operations. The division is overseen by the United States Secretary of State.[2]Text

en.wikipedia.org...

This is important because Trump may be involved in (something Obama was in the middle of, as well) transferring some of these traditional CIA (STATE DEPARTMENT) dirty tricks to the Army.

The dangerous ones are the ones in a position to oversee what their higher ups are doing. They are privy to it all and invisible precisely because they are just "office supply purchasers" as you so condescendingly put it.

Sure ... that's a reasonable comparison in some folk's minds I'm sure. LOL.

Air America was a movie, the DS for Resource Management is real.

Carry on.

Your ignorance is showing. Easy to fix---actually do some research before you spout opinion. Hopefully you'll take the suggestion and be better informed for it.

First of all, the only thing you or anyone else here has offered in return for ... what was really just a shallow dig at the idea that the "deep state" is being taken down ... is mere anecdotal evidence.

What does a COO do? That's what it says, har har.

You're the self-declared expert on many facets ... why don't you enlighten all of us as to the real work of the STAFF of the Deputy Secretary of Resource Management and directly HOW removing that is an assault on the shibboleth of "the Deep State."

I was joking at the outset, but this is actually getting interesting now.

Generally within the federal government, operations refer to mission oriented action. Things like purchasing office supplies etc. would be completed by much lower level folks in procurement (i.e. contract specialists and contracting officers)...

Which is just another statement of blind supposition.

What's condescending about what people do? Do you think the State Department doesn't need office supplies?

Do you have anything concrete to offer about the nefarious activities of the group that was so bravely cut out today?

Or is this, as I'm not so subtly suggesting, just a bunch of sound and fury.

Obama and Kerry (Clinton) had Patrick Kennedy running the insider obstruction agenda after Trump won.

All part of Obama's "Operation Gladio" style plan to disrupt the new Administration.

The State Dept is a major part of the Executive Branch.

I wonder how much info was destroyed or deeply hidden?

You're mixing definitions. The simple explanation of what the Deputy Secretary does is "Chief Operating Officer."

Operations in the sense you are using it WITHIN a Federal Department I don't disagree with.

Someone buys toilet paper for the State Department. Who is it if not Management and Resources?

Folks are certainly ratcheted up about this, aren't they?

If it was that easy to free our Republic from the clutches of the Shadow Government ... it would have been done.

Gosh, my conservative friends just have no sense of humor these days.

Let's take it one at a time, Will. Do you think the Clinton's are/were a part of the deep state? This question isn't partisan it's about defining the deep state.

Oh it won't be easy and very possibly impossible, but this is how you start the process: Cut off the fingers of the day-to-day sellouts that carry out the orders.

Americans were stunned to learn of the State Department rogue Shadow Government which operated in secret from the 7th floor. They were behind the corrupt handling of the Clinton documents.

Here's the problem with this.

If a shadow government exists. IT's not going to be ran out of the State Department, and surly not on a single floor.

A shadow government would be decentralized, and a few people placed in strategically necessary places.

In the worst of times. Like mass civil unrest they would be moved to an undisclosed location, and maybe run things from there.

In other words. FORGET everything Hollywood has told you.

Yeah I can see what you're saying. I've always been suspicious of people that work from home. Doing what?

Right. I don't disagree.

Now, is there any reason to believe that whatever the true nature of the Office of Management and Resources (or Department, Sub-Department, whatever it is called in the bureaucratic hierarchy) has anything to do with what we mostly blankly refer to as "the deep state."

THAT would be fascinating information, if you have it.

Without a doubt…

Some believe Bill Clinton replaced George Bush I as their point man…

I think that has truth to it.

Also the Rothschilds are very close to the Clintons, that fact speaks for itself

We know that this rich man’s spat involves the CIA, FBI, State Department the NSC, and the NSA.

And we KNOW this:

The Eastern Elite count as their police force the CIA
The Western elite count as their police force the FBI

Trump( Western elite) is about to announce an investigation of the intelligence agencies by a billionaire friend of his who has nil experience in intelligence---Typical Trump trying to bring to his new strange environment a familiar( fellow billionaire) face.

Know your history it will set free sometimes…maybe

In the annals of secret government it has always been a fight to get the Army involved in what the CIA generally does---COVERT OPERATIONS.

Question for anyone who's not merely irritated with my somewhat whimsical comparisons ....

As we talk about "the Deep State" (which has run through the Media like wildfire) ... are we talking about

A. The intrinsic bureaucracy that acts to preserve itself

or

B. A shadowy nefarious group similar to the "Illuminati"?

(or some other option).

Serious answers only please, no more of this "har har you're dumb" crap, okay?
