Can anyone please share another headline from a newspaper from a major US city where the race of the criminal is listed in the headline?

It seems to me the double standard is alive and well.

You can't be racist against White people because they are the reason for everything that's wrong in the world today.

I don't think it has to do with the media being any kind of racist.

They adjust their headlines according to whatever agenda they are pushing.

The media is RACIST.

You know, your attempt at labeling the media racist falls flat when the article you are pointing out is literally about a racist.

The FBI arrested Benjamin McDowell shortly after he bought the gun Wednesday for $109 in Myrtle Beach. McDowell is charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm.

According to a sworn FBI statement, agents began investigating McDowell after he threatened a synagogue on Facebook.

The statement says McDowell posted statements online praising Roof, but did not appear to have formulated any specific attack plans. Roof faces the death penalty for killing nine black worshippers in a Charleston church.

I understand he's racist. When a non-white person is alleged to have committed an hate crime, is it usual for the press coverage to list that person's race in the headline? That's the double standard. "Black man arrested for planning a 'John Allen Muhammad' like crime" Would that ever be a headline?

I really wouldn't consider Breitbart a daily newspaper. Relative to the point about calling out Muslim attacks, in the US? The press, the police, politicians all counsel against jumping to conclusions that it's a Muslim hate crime until it is absolutely necessary. I'd have to disagree.
