It's crazy. I don't get it. I really don't.

I know I have had to defend Trump from ignorance as my fellow liberals have gone full retard, but I have no idea wtf is going on.

Easy...

I called Obama a liar on quite a few points over the eight years of his presidency.

His every positive utterance on the influence of America over world events, his every utterance on the good work done by its military in the continuing wars in the Middle East and North Africa (read: illegal, for profit, and proxy wars), and so on.

I also called Clinton on her BS. That does not mean that I am going to accept even more BS, told with considerably less plausibility, from a man who has made money by BSing the witless over decades.

So you are making things up with Chris Matthews as a role model?

Calling Obama a liar is not racist and trying to use that as some sort of intelligent debate tactic is not going to work.

Dig deeper and try harder.

This was the media's narrative for 8 years. Am I experiencing Mandela effect?

www.truthandaction.org...

Winfrey mentioned the time when U.S. Rep. Joe Wilson, R-S.C., called Obama a liar while the president was delivering a speech to Congress.

“Just the level of disrespect,” she said. “When the senator yelled out, ‘You’re a liar.’ Remember that? Yeah, I think that there is a level of disrespect for the office that occurs, and that occurs in some cases, and maybe even many cases, because he’s African-American.”

www.cnn.com...

Obama was telling lawmakers that his plan wouldn't cover undocumented immigrants when Republican Rep. Joe Wilson of South Carolina yelled, "You lie!"
Linnyette Richardson-Hall, an African-American event planner, watched Wilson's outburst on live television in disbelief.
"My alter-ego, the hood-chick, came out of me," says Richardson-Hall. "I said, 'I know you just didn't do that.' To see him get disrespected so badly, it gut-punches you."

Richardson-Hall has restrained herself more than she ever expected in the past eight years. She fumed when she saw a poster of Obama dressed as an African witch doctor, online images of First Lady Michelle Obama depicted as a monkey, and racist Facebook comments by white people she thought she knew. Now, as Obama approaches his final months in office, she and others have come to a grim conclusion:
I didn't know how racist America was until it elected its first black president.

That was very mature of you.

Well done.

It's a good thing your opinion weighs about as much as the pixels it's made out of.

It weighs a damned sight more than the logic applied by a three year old to conflict resolution, a perfect example of which can be found in the post to which I responded previously.

It may not carry weight as such, but it has a heavier load of reality and honesty to it, than your utterly pathetic attempt to deflect blame for your behaviour, onto someone else.

Sure, you have a few examples, but you can hardly call it a media narrative, nor can you use it as a legitimate argument in this case.

Race has nothing to do with this issue.

The WH is in chaos trying to rationaliz this. Good to see Fox actually becoming "fair & balanced"

You can cover the BS up, but the smell can't be hidden.

I can keep going.

www.telegraph.co.uk...

Mr Wilson showed an ugly side of America. Perhaps the depth of his feeling, and of the protestors who have denounced Mr Obama with such fury so readily, really see him as a socialist menace threatening to undo all that is sacred about the nation, determined to sneak in a government takeover of health care, dissolve gun owners' rights and indoctrinate children.

But the question may well soon begin to be asked: perhaps it is just that they are not comfortable with having the first black American in the White House.

The media narrative for the entire presidency was that critics of Obama were racist. Try and rewrite history all you want. I'll continue to prove you wrong.

Race has nothing to do with this issue.

No #. Why are you purposely avoiding the point? Because you know you're wrong.

They've always had the other point of view. You guys just discount that to focus on your manufactured rage.

Ahh yes another puritan straddling his high horse while chastising another's "behaviour" in the Mud pit of ATS. You've talked so much about yourself that I know your posturing, your reality and honesty, is as fake as the news, and as long as your run-on sentences.

I wager that all the criticisms against Trump are of this sort: projection.

I hope then, that you are a man with money to burn.

If all your wagers are so poorly thought out, your betting may make a pauper of you, if this example is anything to go by.

Provide as many examples as you want, it still does not prove a media narrative. It proves individuals had said some stupid things.

You're projecting the words of the few on the entire media in order to create your own narrative.

But the real question is, what does it have to do with this issue? Trump lies. Ok. Are those that call him out for his lies racist?

What is your point?

How would you know? Your tendency to attack the player and not the ball negates any such incite.

I played the event yesterday. I thought I heard him answer the Russia question several time over. Sounded like he flat out answered the question? No?

Was his people on the phone with Russia the same day the DNC was getting hacked? Or was it the Podesta hack?

I hadn't heard that before. Anyone know what he's talking about?

Shepard Smith has become a fool, imo. His hyperbolic presentation of his opinions disguised as "news" is getting tiresome. He always seems to have his panties in a wad over some minor thing, and he is beginning to have that same look you see on the faces of the hated and hateful lib pundits.

He needs to head for MSNBC where all the professional fools can be found.
